Before promoting any woman to a wife, make sure she is worth it.

No employer promotes his/her employees from a sales person to manager when they have not done a good job as a sales person.

Your relationship is a rehearsals ground to know if your woman is marriagable. If your woman is not performing wife duty up to 80% in your relationship, quickly demote her to pipe and swipe.

If your girlfriend says she can not wash, clean, sweep, cook, do the laundry, take care of you and your home while you are both in a relationship then she is a waste. Don't promote her to a wife level.

She has to show you that she is worth occupying that position through the efforts she is putting in the relationship now.

Any woman who tells you she can't carry out a wife duty while she is still your girlfriend is WRONG, a big red flag, dump her and run for your life.

An employee can not tell his employer that it's until they promote him/her that he will start doing a good job.
