My first stop on the 'Meet the Business Owners' tour was with Wangu Muriuki Ke, who runs an inspiring rent-a-shelf business in the heart of Nairobi's CBD.

Not only did I capture some great shots of her in action, but we also had an in-depth conversation about growing my craft for a bigger impact. Wangu’s passion for her business really showed, and our talk reinforced how I can better leverage my photography and media consultancy to support and elevate businesses like hers.

This tour is about connecting with owners who bring something unique to the table, and it was a solid start.

Grandpa is happy

I’m grateful to Studio 62’s management for trusting in the power of media to share the story of Sundara Luxe Hotel in Nanyuki.

I focused on creating content that truly captured the hotel’s beauty and warmth, using simple, authentic storytelling to reach as many people as possible. By collaborating with local voices and sharing real experiences, we connected with a wider audience in a genuine way.

It means a lot to me to have received a certificate from Studio 62’s Project Manager, Mr. Mark, in recognition of these efforts.
