Philippians 4 : 6

Do not fret or have any anxiety about anything, but in every circumstance and in everything, by prayer and petition (definite requests), with thanksgiving, continue to make your wants known to God.

This letter being one of the 4 prison Epistles of Paul's where he is writing to this church of Ephesians while he was under house arrest in Rome around AD 60-62 this was one of the church Paul had founded during his second missionary journey (acts 16:12-40)
Paul is teaching us first not to be anxious (filling your mind with worries) regardless of our situations remember he is writing from prison but still with hope and joy (4:4) the word "anything" is an assurance that no problem is too small or too big for Gods concern he encourages us that in every situation by prayer God is able to strengthen,help and uphold us (isa 41:10) may we trust in God fully and He will see us through all our situations in Jesus Name
