The Cabinet Secretary for ICT, Innovation and Youth Affairs was responding to the claims by NCIC that Facebook will be suspended within seven days due to Hate Speech. Further said that, he doesn't understand the framework the NCIC will be using to suspend Facebook because the government is on record saying that it will never shut down the internet in this election.
