It was Sports Day at Kenya Utalii College, and I was all about spreading the cheer! Loudest! Happiest. I lost my voice. Yes cheering squad. 🥳🥳🥳🥳

Growing up, I was lucky enough to have amazing support and cheering whenever I competed. One day I became the winner from behind during a 400M race! They still cheered me up. Damn those high school inter zones were tough, from that day I made a clear decision that said "Forever stick to 100M 200M and the short relay Radhiya!

It was my turn to lift others up! It was cheering and dancing, whether they were running the track, kicking a goal, or winning from behind, I cheered, Every cheer counted! I celebrated the effort, the spirit, and the teamwork! 🎉💪

And my Team Won!

I lost my mommy on Monday, October 8th, 2001. Yes, just the other year! Allah Almighty, the most generous, compassionate, merciful, and protective, forgive and have mercy on my mother, excuse her, and pardon her. Make her reception honourable. Enlarge her grave and enlighten her grave. Cleanse her with water, ice, and snow. Purify her sin as a white robe is purified of filth.

Exchange her home for a better home, her family for a better family, and her spouse for a better spouse. Admit her into the garden of heaven and protect her from the punishment of the grave and the torment of the hell fire. May we be reunited in heaven.

Please include my mother in your prayers along with those who have passed away. May Allah Almighty forgive, and grant them paradise. Ameen 🙏🙏
