CROISSANT RECIPE
Ingredients
1.2 cups of warm milk.
2.1 tablespoon instant yeast
3.10tablespoon of sugar or according to your liking.
4.4 cups of all purpose flour
5.2tablespoon of butter (if you don't have butter you can use prestige margarine.)
PROCEDURE.
In a clean bowl add,sugar ,milk and yeast give it a good stir .
Add all purpose flour then knead it well After kneading the dough either add your butter or margarine knead again to get a perfect dough.
Put it aside cover it with a cling film ,keep it a warm place and let it rest for atleast 30minutes.
After it has doubled punch it down to remove the air .
Spread the dough and roll it to the croissant shapes .
Cover it again and give it time to proof for 30 minutes .After kneading the dough either add your butter or margarine knead again to get a perfect dough.
Put it aside cover it with a cling film ,keep it a warm place and let it rest for atleast 30minutes.
After it has doubled punch it down to remove the air .
Spread the dough and roll it to the croissant shapes .
Cover it again and give it time to proof for 30minutes.
After 30 minutes you can now deep fry your croissant .
