1. Give Us a Heads-Up: Before you start loading up your music, shoot us an email at [email protected]. Let us know you're transferring your stuff from another distributor. We'll get things rolling from there.
2. Sign Up: Joining us is easy-peasy! Whether you're an artist or a label, you can sign up for free on our website hankad.io.
3. Upload Your Songs: Now comes the fun part—putting your tunes on our platform. Just make sure to use the same ISRC and barcode (UPC) codes and info from your old distributor to keep things smooth. Keep everything consistent like artist names, track titles. artworks, track count, language, parental advisory, label name, songwriter names, producer names and original release dates). This helps keep your streams and playlists safe.
4. Keep the Same Sound: Use the same music files you used before. Even tiny changes can mess things up.
5. Wait a Bit: After you send us your music, our team will check it out and get it ready for stores. We suggest waiting two weeks before asking your old distributor to take down your songs. This helps make sure your streams and playlists stay put.
