2 days ago, Mamake Boaz Gutu talked about girls going through a tough time after reaching adolescence period. She talked of her personal experience.

I thought Am the only one who have gone through the Same. "Have you ever lacked until you can't afford a sanitary towel and life had to push you to the wall and the only option you had was to improvise a piece of cloth to serve the purpose?
All emotions beats you heads down, shame and self esteem hits you hard."

Personally I went through this during my Adolescence stage because my mum was not Able to afford 50/= to buy a pack of sanitary towel.

After going thru her comments, I was shocked to Know that some girls and young mothers are still going thru the same, and because of this, I have promised to support her through this noble Cause of MamakeBoaz Pad Initiative by Giving 3,000 packs of sanitary towels, as a top up to the 2,000 packs already at hand, ready for distribution.

Na juu marafiki wangu ni mabossy, I know many will support with more packs, advise us on the most vulnerable schools we can visit and give some girls sanitary pads, ata mkisema ni Turkana tutaenda hadi uko.

Today My Team and I honored my friends invite, k**au wa migwi, at PEFA Kibichoi- Cathedral of Divine Encounter , it was a pleasure since I was raised at Pefa church where my dad Rev Muriithi still ministers today.

I later joined my Brand influencer and Dama Spares Foundation CSR Leader Mamake Boaz Gutu in giving our brand's merchandise where We gave 300 reflector jackets to our young youths and 100 big umbrellas to our mothers in Kibichoi market.
