It’s now clear that Cord is looking for an EXIT plan. When Kalonzo and Raila announced an ultimatum for National Dialogue on May 31, even those on the dais at Uhuru Park heard it for the first time. The two though UhuRuto would be cowed and accept to share the bread. It’s clear that won’t happen no matter how many rallies are held to drum it up. Everyone else can see the nusu mkate motive behind this. The local and international friends of Cord have dissociated themselves from the rallies and call for mass action. Slowly and quietly, Kalonzo and group have pulled out. Then there is the alleged link between Cord activities and Alshabab that is doing the damage. The ICC is watching. Yet supporters are waiting for 7/7. They have been promised a storm even if they don’t know exactly what the storm will be. So Cord (sorry ODM) is asking itself, what do we do? The first step is to scale down the National Dialogue to a demand that it be a meeting of Cord/Jubilee reps. That has been defeated by the reply that dialogue should be held in the established constitutional institutions. Then Raila has reduced the whole thing into an open letter to the President. Realizing that Uhuru will not respond to the letter he is mobilizing supporters to demanding for the response. Orengo should tell him that when you write a demand letter to another party, you don’t start pushing the party to respond. You just wait. If they don’t respond you file the suit. Now Raila has changed game, he wants to meet Uhuru alone and not in State House. Where else can they meet? I thought they always meet and talk alone in the first place. For now, with Wiper out of the plans, ODM leaders don’t know exactly what they will do come 7/7. They are now talking of 8/8 and 9/9 and 10/10. The desperation is now how to exit without wounding their ego, particularly that of the leader. Should Uhuru make a slight comment on the letter/demands they will announce that they are giving him more time to think about it and postponed the deadline. Uhuru should not comment. We must get to the end of this business by 7/7 and be done with it.

a Mr.Njuguna, in full glare of the press, and thousands of Kibera residents made some very sensational claims. He claimed that people in Dagoretti were being armed, and being given instructions to chop off the heads of those that do not respond to a particular greeting.
The target audience took in the message, and that was the talk of the evening in Kibera. Yet for me, since I write for some European Media House, the message will NEVER be published in any European Media Outlet. Europeans are only interested in issues that affect Investment, Tourism and Trade of their audience. Europeans do not care about some Njuguna in Kibera.
Nation and Standard will NEVER publish anything about Njuguna, they only care about Raila, Uhuru, Ruto, and Occasionally Wetangula. Nation and Standard do not care about some Njuguna in Kibera
Kibera residents are told that the only way to avoid having their necks chopped off is to come to "baba" and obey what baba is saying. That is how the rallies are used to stoke up tribal animosity and prepare for ethnic cleansing.

The same literally applies to Mpeketoni, a division of Lamu County whose current population is edging on close to 50,000. For every 1 Kenyan who is aware of the origins and current status of Mpeketoni, there are 50 others who are not. It is these 50 Kenyans that we want to bring to their attention some startling facts about Mpeketoni Division.
Mpeketoni owed its name to an admixture of Swahili (mpe meaning give one) and English (carton) whence was coined the name: mpe katoni.

As each landless Kikuyu got off the administration lorry at the site designated for their settlement, the officer in charge barked: Mpe katoni (a carton of essentials).

That phrase evolved ultimately to Mpeketoni as we know it today. That was in the late Sixties. By the 1999 census, Mpeketoni’s population had mushroomed to 25,000. Today it is nearer the 50,000 mark – easily the most populous division of Lamu County. But it is not a naturally inhabited division of Lamu. It is, on the contrary, an artificial creation by the Kenyatta despotic regime drunk with ethnic chauvinistic power that can best be described as Extreme Chegemony (Chege, the Kikuyu male name blending easily with the English word hegemony).

This Chegemony was superimposed upon a peaceful, backward and illiterate community known collectively as Walamu comprised of Amus who are indigenous to Lamu town and Bajunis in the sprawling Lamu Archipelago.
Kenyatta’s inglorious act of ethnic transplantation resulted in a cultural shock to the people of Lamu who are 100 percent Muslim and have a totally different cultural way of life compared to the newcomers from Central Kenya.
Thanks to Kenyatta’s tunnel vision Chegemony, Mpeketoni is the only division in the whole of Kenya that has been settled and exclusively inhabited by Kikuyus.

Their numbers would have grown by leaps and bounds had not Allah intervened by recalling Jomo Kenyatta to the Great Skies. The Man from Sacho to his credit ordered a stop to the Kikuyu influx when he took over. PEV created a new wave of influx through IDPs who are continually streaming to Mpeketoni and branching out into other nearby urban centres such as Witu and Mkunumbi.

The son of Kenyatta, Uhuru, far from seeking to make amends for his father’s ignominous ethnic transplantation, has lately sought to settle some IDPs in his dubiously acquired vast land holdings in Taveta. But the valiant Taveta people have been putting up a stiff resistance to Uhuru’s attempt. In Lamu, tension has been building up between the settler community and the true owners of Mpeketoni.

Last week, the National Cohesion & Integration Commission sent a team to probe the issue in Mpeketoni even as Esther Murigu’s Ministry of Special Programmes denied it was settling IDPs in the area. Yet they have been coming in numbers that have justified the recent introduction of daily bus services from Nairobi to Mpeketoni. I am asking my fellow Kenyans who sincerely believe in the principles of justice, fair play and equality to stand shoulder to shoulder with the Walamu People against this settler invasion of their lands which is illegal and immoral.
No Constitution on earth allows wholesale translocation of one community from its region to another community’s area.

That is not National Cohesion. It is territorial aggrandisement, not unlike the annexation of territory by a foreign power. The right to live, reside and work in any part of the country may be enshrined in our Constitution, but its incorporation applies solely to the individual and his family but not his entire tribal community. Today, Mpeketoni is well served by both Government and CDF. It has electricity supply whilst many parts of Lamu have no such service. And it is the most developed area of Lamu county whilst other parts of Lamu county are lagging far behind.
Lamu people have been grievously wronged by the Kenyatta regime. This historical injustice must be addressed now for the sake of genuine peace and stability in the area.

Above all, the new influx of IDPs which is further displacing the people of Lamu must be brought to an immediate end and the new arrivals returned whence they came from. If steps are not taken to deal with this situation, do not be surprised if you come to hear Lamu youth crossing the border into Somalia to train as terrorists and return back to fight for their homeland. What is happening now is recipe for future violence. Be warned Kenyans and start championing the cause of Lamu people for justice.

President Uhuru Kenyatta has blamed the terrorist attack at the coast on
politicians.

However the NIS has stated that it forewarned government about the attacks by Al Shabaab.Even foreign missions knew about it. Nothing was done despite the fact that even individual police knew the attack was to come and actually warned people going to Mpeketoni at the time the attack was under way. Secondly the government failed to respond for 5 hours as its people got massacred, yet the army was not very far off.The President is the Commander in chief.

There is no doubt about this...the terrorists were jihadist fighters because they spoke in Somali,Arabic and broken Kiswahili, according to eye witness accounts.

Those that watched the Tononoka rally where top Muslim politicians congregated with CORD leaders can attest to one thing...Raila Odinga is now perceived by the Muslim community to be sympathetic to their plight occasioned by the chaotic screening at Eistleigh and Kasarani stadium.

The Somali jihadists have lived in Kenya for a long time and know the language and the terrain. But after KDF took over the trading outpost of Kismayu, smuggling of sugar, textiles and other commodities has shrunk to a trickle. The Kenyan Somali politicians used to benefit a lot from this. They in turn gave the Jihadist political cover until KDF entered Somalia to pursue the attackers.

No single Kenyan Somali leader, banker, lawyer was happy about KDF incursion and subsequent take-over of Kismayu. I suspect the Somali Kenyan leaders are now the ones using Al Shabaab mujahideen jihadists to attack Kikuyu interests in the country to avenge this incursion by KDF.They say openly, cheered on by CORD that it is Kikuyu leadership that ordered the Somali incursion.

So the Kenyan Somali leaders in CORD are behind the Jihadists, according to me.

And these leaders are sponsoring Al Shabaab to carry out terror attacks in Kenya till KDF withdraws and the smuggling continues. So far Western Kenya sugar factories are on their knees. This is a CORD zone.

Raila Odinga dalliance with terrorists may soon get him in trouble with Israel and the US. So far Western interests have started voicing concerns.

You can take this to the bank...the US will not condone Raila's party with Jihadists.Neither will Israel.Neither should our President. Will he extricate himself from the terrorists without physical harm?

Our President has been quick on words but slow on action. As a result, even our civil servants no longer take him seriously. For example reports from the National Budget office says despite his order on austerity and freeze on luxury, waste, travel and graft, civil servants splashed away kshs 7.5 billion in the last 9 months. He has done nothing about it.The auditor general gave him a dossier chronicling theft of kshs 300 billion by civil servants but he sat on it.The good news that the Euro Bond was oversubscribed has a damper that instead of borrowing,we should actually be picking low hanging fruits represented by kshs 2 Trillion tax leakage every year. But the President has been unable to do this yet all 43 million Kenyans owe creditors kshs 60,000 each including our children.

This government is a mere continuation of KANU in word and deed. Because insecurity is on auto pilot to the stratosphere and graft is running on super turbo.
