The guy who uploaded the full video of Prof. Magoha interview should be given a medal.

Question: "Why did you put Dr. Fred Matiang'i as your referee on your CV? Isn't that conflict of interest since he is your friend?"

Prof. Magoha: "I am free to make friends, and I want to declare here that it is not only Matiang'i who's my friend, even the Honorable Speaker here (Justin Muturi) is my friend, and (Hon. Jimmy) Angwenyi here is also my friend and I am sure I will make more friends from among you here today."

Question: "Can you confirm or deny, that up-to-day, you're earning full salary from the University of Nairobi, even after leaving your post as Vice Chancellor in 2015?"

Prof. Magoha: "All the information the Hon. Member is asking for is in the public domain. I am a full time Faculty at the Academic Department of Surgery of the University of Nairobi, and I have been until when now if you find me fit to become Cabinet Secretary, then I will take leave of absence."

This interview should have had a full-time referee stationed at the VAR booth. Magoha is the Claude Makelele of interviews.

Lesson learned. "If you want to know someone's mind, listen to their words. If you want to know their heart, watch their actions."
We are always, as we grow choosing to become the person we hope to be, but we have to first stop trying to be the captain of someone else s life.
To know yourself, you have to become self-aware enough to trust yourself, to be able to live in the painful truth of all that you were yesterday, and all that you are today, those attributes will become the strong foundations of your adult life.
On this our own life-changing journey we each one of us are walking the steps towards recovery and healing the child within our adult body from the brokenness survived in the past.
When you fully acknowledging the painful truth that lives within you, you will hurt only once, but covering up the lie that others forced you to learn as a child will continue to hurt each and every time the lie is remembered.
There are many adult survivors out there male and female whose life has been turned upside down, and are not coping well, each day is a painful reminder of their childhood and all the losses they have endured while they struggle towards recovery and healing their adult life from the brokenness they survived as children.
Its when you loose sight of who you are, you start to loose the real value of your own life, in all things on this life-changing journey our thoughts, the good, the bad and the ugly continue to dictate our feelings and our feelings will always dictate our actions, until we learn how to govern them.

I think luo leaders should seek an audience with William Ruto and join the government.we can't continue being in opposition... Even the ogiek community can take that opposition role.Its not meant for only luos!!
