Talent Factory is a Social Enterprise that uses performing arts and traditional sports activities as a tool to facilitate opportunities for youth employment and meaningful engagement through talent identification, development and marketing. Mission Statement

To identify and nurture talents of young people to become self reliant and positively contribute to development in their communities doing what they love.
