Listening to political conversations and debates, politicians largely share the view that integrity, accountability, honesty, and flexibility are key qualities in leadership..Most analysts agree that politicians who possess integrity can be trusted because they never veer from inner values, even when it might benefit them to do so.
Flexibility for a political leader is about understanding the give-and-take aspects of politics, and the ability to find common ground👏🏽

There's only so much you can do as a Company, but the most important thing is to let your sick employee know that you care for their welfare and will support them as much as you can. A quick phone call from a line manager to check in and confirm things can make all the difference.. Companies should treat workers when they get sick, both physically and mentally. This includes providing sick leave, ensuring a supportive work environment, and addressing potential health concerns. Protecting employee health is vital for a healthy, sick leave isn't enough, medication follow up to know workers health and progress is also important🙏
As Friends, workers and Community.. we have questions about JAMES FINLAY, recently BLACK TULIP..
PAUL SITIENEI, 'BABA BENJAA' has worked in your company for long, he got sick of Cancer and had to be given a leave..What had the company done on the same, how have you supported your worker.. ?
It's not good and we aren't happy😭

Rehabilitation of Jagoror Dam is commenced under the Financing Locally-Led Climate Action Program (FLOCCA), funded by the World Bank.

The project involves.:

✅ Desilting of the dam
✅ Construction of a water tank
✅ Installation of cattle troughs
✅ Piping and solarization of the water system

This initiative will significantly improve irrigation, livestock production, and overall water accessibility for the community.

Hon Vincent Korir who is the Londiani ward MCA and also our area representative, has been actively participating in policy formulation to ensure the FLOCCA project qualifies for funding. He has also continued advocating for more support in the environment, agriculture, and water sectors to enhance sustainable development in our region☑️

We appreciate our 'BUSY BEE'S cooperation and support throughout the implementation period.
