DESPITE being associated with witchftaft, the yellow beaded necklace is part of daily attire for Tiaty MP William Kassait Kamket who is seen with it in every occasion and at any venue including Parliament, Statehouse, high end hotels, Airports, Churches and Mosques.

During the lauch of a bus for AIC Chemolingot and a fundraising for the church held this Sunday, Kamket who was accompanied by Kericho Senator AaAaron Cheruiyotroudly wore the necklace.

However, during a recent Kimalel Goat Auction Kamket rubished those relating his beads to witchcraft.

Kamket who spoke infront of president WiWilliam Samoei Rutoesponded to his fierce critics including his Mogotio counterpart Reuben Kiborek said his necklace was just for beauty. 🇰🇪

SCENE of an incident where three family members in Homabay county died of electrocution. The family now wants KPLC KENYA POWER to compensate them.

However, we as Baringo Times would also take this opportunity to ask people especially in Kenya to be very cautious during this rainy season where such cases of electrocution are highly likely to occur because electric poles might be falling. People who walk bare footed are more likely to be electrocuted.

Some people from flooded areas are also at higher risk of electrocution especially when their houses are marooned.

Baringo is the second in top five counties with high prevalence of corruption. Leading in the pack is Busia, Nairobi is third, followed in descending order by Nairobi, Nakuru, Machakos, Siaya, Turkana, West Pokot, Samburu, Kakamega and Kisumu counties.
