♦️Eleven(11) people have lost their lives in a grisly accident along Meru-Nanyuki road at Subuiga blackspot around 7:00pm this evening after a bus collided with a Menany Sacco matatu.

♦️According to police reports driver of Isuzu bus of unknown sacco heading to Meru is among 7 people who died on the spot.

♦️4 other Unknown passengers of the bus also succumbed.

♦️Unknown number of passengers of the both vehicles were also injured and rushed to st Theresa’s mission hospital.

♦️The bodies of the 11 who perished have been taken to Meru referral hospital morgue waiting autopsy.

🚨Abdi Guyo: First MCA to Ascend to Governor Seat in Kenya Election History

♦️Nairobi Majority Leader Abdi Hassan Guyo has clinched the Isiolo governor seat, becoming the first Kenyan MCA to be elected county boss since the advent of devolution in 2013.

♦️The Jubilee candidate, who was endorsed by outgoing governor Mohamed Kuti as his preferred successor, trounced former Governor Godana Doyo after garnering 28,926 votes in the hotly contested race.
