Do you feel incompetent when people around you achieve success? Many people see others growth as a sign of their own failure.
Most of the people become impatient because when they see that others have made it possible, they start to question their own abilities. They start to feel unworthy and find faults within them. Some people become so discouraged that they lose their hope in life and give up on their dreams.
We need to remember that we all are growing but this growth happens at a different pace. Some goals might be achievable quickly while for some we might have to wait. Just because you have to wait for things to happen or you might need to put more effort to achieve it, doesn't make you incapable.
Be patient and don't lose heart. Every tree has its own time to grow and yield. When time is right for you, you will also blossom and fruit.
