Prof Githu Muigai: There is nothing wrong with IEBC or Wafula Chebukati. There is something very wrong in the way the persons who participate in the electoral process accept winning or losing.

A quick look at section 5'1 of the IEBC Act will disclose that those three gentlemen, however eminent, are not the IEBC. What the constitution allows the chairman to do on his own is to declare the results.
