Warabi-Mochi
わらび餅

Warabi-Mochi is traditional Japanese sweets which is made of starch and water,sugar.

This raw materials is taken Warabi’s powder.That is a root of edible wild plants “ WARABI”.
So It is called Warabi-Mochi.

You eat Warabi-Mochi which is covered brown cane sugar and roasted soy flour generally. It looks cool. So You eat usually them in summer in Japan.
