NOT A HOTEL Company’s Villa Development above Rusutsu Ski Resort

NOT A HOTEL Inc. (3-11-8 Sendagaya, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Shinji Hamauzu), which is engaged in the planning and sales of shared luxury condominium villas, is planning to develop a new villa above a ski slope in Rusutsu Resort in cooperation with Kamori Tourism Co., Ltd. (Kita 4-jo Nish 4-chome 1, Chuo-ku, Sapporo; Representative Director and President: Hisatake Kamori). It is planned to recruit owners in the winter of 2025, and open in 2028.

Rakuten STAY Advances into Hokkaido: Luxury Rental Villas in Kitanomine, Furano

It was learned on March 7 that Rakuten STAY (headquartered in Tokyo), which operates the Rakuten Group’s Rakuten STAY brand of lodging facilities, is planning to expand into Hokkaido.
