Taiwan INTENSE Program

طالب علموں کی بڑی تعداد تعلیم مکمل کرنے کے بعد اپنی ڈگری نہیں نکلواتی ملازمت اورمعاشی تقاضوں کو پورا کرتے ہوئے انہیں موقع نہیں ملتا کہ وہ اپنی ڈگری نکلوا لیں مگر جب کبھی انہیں مزید تعلیم حاصل کرنے، کیریئر میں آگے بڑھنے یا ملک سے باہر روزگار کا حصول درکار ہوتا ہے تو انھیں ڈگری کی تصدیق کی ضرورت پڑتی ہے اور ایسے میں وہ پریشانی کا شکار ہو جاتے ہیں

آج کے دور میں چونکہ ہر چیز آن لائن ہے ، آپ کے امتحان کے نتائج سے لے کر داخلوں تک، فیس وائوچر سے لے کر کورسز کرنے تک، آپ گھر بیٹھے سب کچھ کر سکتے ہیں اسی کو مدِنظر رکھتے ہوئے ہائر ایجوکیشن کمیشن نے بھی ڈگری کی آن لائن تصدیق کیلئے ای پورٹل کی سہولت فراہم کر دی ہے، جس کا طریقہ ہم اس مضمون میں آپ کو بتائیں گے لیکن سب سے پہلے آپ یہ جان لیں کہ کب اور کہاں ہائر ایجوکیشن کمیشن کی تصدیق شدہ ڈگری کی ضرورت پڑتی ہے
مزید یہ کہ ڈگری کی ویریفیکیشن (تصدیق) اور اس کی اٹیسٹیشن (توثیق) میں کیا فرق ہوتا ہے...؟

اگر آپ کسی سرکاری ادارے، بینک یا کسی ملٹی نیشنل کمپنی کیلئے اپلائی کر رہے ہیں تو آپ کو ہائیر ایجوکیشن کمیشن کی تصدیق شدہ ڈگری کی ضرورت پڑ سکتی ہے جبکہ کسی پیشہ ورانہ اسٹڈی یا پوسٹ گریجویشن میں داخلے کیلئے بھی آپ کو ایچ ای سی کی تصدیق شدہ ڈگری درکا ہوتی ہے

ویریفیکیشن (تصدیق) اور اٹیسٹیشن (توثیق) میں فرق یہ ہے کہ اگر آپ ہائر ایجوکیشن کمیشن کے تسلیم شدہ ادارے یا یونیورسٹی سے کوئی ڈگری حاصل کرتے ہیں تو وہ پہلے سے ہی ایچ ای سی سے توثیق شدہ یعنی attested ہوتی ہے ، لیکن اس کی ویریفیکیشن یعنی تصدیق سے مراد اس بات کا ثبوت فراہم کرنا ہوتا ہے کہ آپ کی ڈگری اصلی ہے، جو کہ کسی قسم کی کرپشن یا نقالی میں ملوث ہو کر حاصل نہیں کی گئی اگر آپ ہائیر ایجوکیشن کمیشن سے اپنی ڈگری کی آن لائن ویریفیکیشن اور اٹیسٹیشن کروانا چاہتے ہیں تو آپ کو ای پورٹل پر جا کر وہاں موجود تفصیلات کا مطالعہ کرنا ہوگا

آن لائن تصدیق کا طریقہ کار

ہائیر ایجوکیشن کمیشن (ایچ ای سی ) نے ڈگری کی آن لائن تصدیق کے پورٹل کا آغاز کر کے لاکھوں طلبہ کیلئے آسانی فراہم کر دی ہے بس آپ کو دی گئی ہدایات کے مطابق عمل کرنا ہے، جس کے بعد آپ کی ڈگری کی تصدیق ہو جائے گی ہائیر ایجوکیشن کمیشن کے ای پورٹل سے اپنی ڈگری کی تصدیق کیلئے آپ کو 10مراحل پورے کرنے ہوں گے۔

پہلا مرحلہ: دیے گئے لنک پر کلک کریں یا پھر گوگل سرچ سے ای پورٹل معلوم کریں۔

دوسرا مرحلہ: اپنے شناختی کارڈ نمبر، فون نمبر یا ای میل ایڈریس کے ذریعے اپنا اکائونٹ نمبر تخلیق کریں

تیسرا مرحلہ: اب My Applications/My Tasks/ My profile میںسے کسی آپشن کو منتخب کرکے اس میں تفصیلات درج کرکے مکمل کریں تاکہ آپ اگلے مرحلے میں جاسکیں

چوتھا مرحلہ: یہ بہت اہم مرحلہ ہے یہاں آپ کو اسکین کی گئی اپنی تمام دستاویزات بشمول شناختی کارڈ (دونوں اطراف سے )، حالیہ پاسپورٹ سائز تصویر اور تعلیمی اسناد اَپ لوڈکرنی ہوںگی تمام دستاویزات اَپ لوڈ کرنے کے بعد آپ کو Save and Close کے آپشن پر کلک کرنا ہوگا

■ اس کے بعد آپ کو Accredation and Attestation کا آپشن نظر آئے گا۔ جب آپ اس پر کلک کریں گے تو پھر آپ کو HEC online degree atttestation system پر کلک کرنا ہوگا یہاں آپ کو آن لائن ڈگری اٹیسٹیشن ای پورٹل فارم ملے گا ، جسے آپ نے درست معلومات کے ساتھ پُر کرنا ہوگا

پانچواں مرحلہ: مکمل اور درست معلومات کے ساتھ فارم بھرنے کے بعد آپ کو درج ذیل میں سے کسی ایک آپشن کو کلک کرنا ہوگا۔

چھٹا مرحلہ: بہت احتیاط سے ہائیر ایجوکیشن کمیشن کے اس سینٹر کو منتخب کریں، جہاں آپ بآسانی جا سکیں اور یہ آپ کے ضلع یا صوبہ میں ہونا چاہئے۔

ساتواں مرحلہ: اس بات کو یقینی بنائیں کہ آپ کے پاس نادرا کا اصل شناختی کارڈ، میٹرک، انٹر اور گریجویشن کی اصل دستاویزات موجود ہوں، جنہیں آپ اسی وقت اَپ لوڈ کر سکیں آخر میں submit کے بٹن پر کلک کردیں

آٹھواں مرحلہ: جب آپ اپنا فارم submit کر رہے ہوں گے تو ایچ ای سی آفیشل آپ کی تمام دستاویزات اور معلومات کو چیک کرے گا کہ آیا یہ اصلی ہیں یا نہیں اگر آپ ان کے طریقہ کار کے مطابق تمام دستاویزات جمع کروانے میں کامیاب ہو گئے تو آپ کو منظوری کا پیغام موصول ہو جائے گا

نواں مرحلہ: اگر آپ کی جمع کردہ دستاویزات میں کوئی غلطی ہوگی تو آپ کو دوبارہ تمام اسکین شدہ دستاویزات اَپ لوڈ کرنا ہوں گی اور آٹھویں مرحلہ تک کے مراحل پورے کرنے ہوں گے

دسواں مرحلہ: دستاویزات کی کامیاب اَپ لوڈنگ کے بعد ایچ ایس سی آفیشل بذریعہ ایس ایم ایس یا ای میل آپ کو ایچ ای سی سینٹر وزٹ کرنے کا ٹائم دے گا اس وقت آپ کو تمام اصل دستاویزات کے ساتھ دیے گئے وقت پر ایچ ای سی سینٹر کا دورہ کرنا ہوگا

*Clarification about YÖS Exam*

YÖS (Yabancı Öğrenci Kabul Sınavı) is an exam for the students who want to apply in bachelors programs in Turkish Universities.

This exam is not manadatory/compulsory for Turkiye Bursları Applicants as YTB will take it's own written exam for undergraduate students.
But if you take this test, it will be adding positive points to your profile for short listing process.

⏺ This exam have nothing to do with Masters and doctorate applicants. If you recieved any email about it, ignore it.

Living allowance expenses according to Yogyakarta rate
Maximum one semester for Indonesian Language Program/ INCULS for those who enroll in the INCULS Program (the length of language program depends on the result of Bahasa proficiency Placement Test)

A round-trip international airfare (direct economy class)
Health insurance during the fellowship program
Electronic Visa and Limited Stay Permit (ITAS) during the fellowship program
Thesis research incentive of Rp10.000.000 for Master Program (will be given to the research supervisor)

Eligibility

Maximum age: 30
Hold a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Medicine/Health, Geography, Agriculture, Forestry, Animal Science, Economics, Law, Social Sciences and Humanity, or related fields
Excellent bachelor’s degree academic record (GPA of at least 3.0 on 4.0 GPA scale or any other documents proving candidates adequate academic qualification) for master program applicants
Good proficiency in English (TOEFL ITP score of at least 500 or IELTS 6.0)
Recommendation letter from previous institution or supervisor
Provide supporting documents required upon acceptance of scholarship
