Caramel Tea

There I was, waiting for my train, feeling like life was slow-mo. I thought, "Why not grab a drink?" So I hit up the vending machine and, bam! Caramel tea caught my eye. Who could resist, right?

It hit me as I cracked open the can: Sometimes life is like waiting for a train. You're stuck in between places, unsure of what’s coming next. But then, there’s this sweet little surprise—like a random caramel tea, reminding you that even in the most mundane moments, something unexpectedly good can appear.

We’re always rushing somewhere, but maybe it’s in the pause, the waiting, the random vending machine moments where we find the sweetest stuff. So here’s to taking a breather, enjoying the small wins, and finding joy in the unexpected—even if it’s just caramel tea at a train station!

Life’s sweeter when you least expect it.

Salamat, Lord, kay bisan asa mi maabot, naa ka sa among tapad, nagagiyagiyang murag si nanay nga ga-badlong sa di pa kahibaw mo-sulbad. Hahaha!

Lord, kani nga semana, naglisod-lisod man mi ug sulbad sa among pang adlaw-adlaw nga kinabuhi, pero wala mi nimo biya-i. Bisan paman sa panahon nga murag nag-salig mi'g “bahala na si Batman” moments, imo ming gipahinumduman nga naa ra ka, pirme ra, nagtan-aw, nag-atiman, ug ga-patidlata sa among kinabuhi. Hahaha!

Pasaylo-a mi sa among mga kakulangan, Lord, labi na sa mga adlaw nga mas daghan pa mi'g reklamo kaysa pagpasalamat. Di ba Lord, usahay mura ra ba gyud mi'g mga bata nga magsige’g yawyaw nga walay kwarta, pero gabii ra diay naka-order ug milk tea! Hahaha! Pasaylo-a mi nga usahay makalimot mi nga naa kay plano, nga mas labaw pa kaysa among mga plano nga pirme dili matuman.

Salamat usab, Lord, sa imong grasya nga bisan dili kaayo daghan ang among resources, imo kaming gibuhi matag adlaw. Bisan ug usahay ra ang sud-an, naa gihapon mi nakat-onan – nga bisan pa man sa "ubos-ubos" nga sitwasyon, pahalipay gihapon. Kay maayo man ka, Lord.

Sa among pagpadayon, hatagi mi ug kasingkasing nga andam modawat ug andam mohatag. Hatagi pud mi ug maayo nga panghunahuna, para dili magsige’g palpak. Kay kabalo mi nga bisan pa man ang kinabuhi usahay lisod, pirme ka naa para magtabang. Ug Lord, tabangi sab mi nga bisan unsa ka-bug-at ang problema, dili lang mi sigeg patid lata, pero magtinabangay mi ug dili kalimtan ang kataw-anan ug ka-amigohan sa among mga kaila. Hahaha!

Mao ni ang among pangamuyo, Lord. Hinaot nga imong paminawon ug hatagan ug padayon nga grasya.
