Twenty-two-year-old Maricia Bell of Goodens River, Savanna-la-mar, in Westmoreland, has been missing since Tuesday, May 16.

She is of fair complexion, medium build, about 160 centimetres (5 feet 3 inches) tall.

Reports from the Savanna-la-mar Police are that Bell was last at about 4:30 p.m. in Barracks Road community. When last seen, she was wearing a green dress. All efforts to locate her have proven futile.

Anyone knowing the whereabouts of Maricia Bell is asked to contact the Savanna-la-mar Police Station at 876-955-2536, the police 119 emergency number or the nearest police station.

The three police constables, who were convicted of manslaughter in the 2012 shooting death of schoolgirl, Vanessa Kirkland, were acquitted a short while ago in the Court of Appeal.

Constables Adrewain Smith, Durvin Hayles and Anna-Kaye Bailey had their 2019 convictions quashed.

Relatives, friends and colleagues of two Clarendon delivery riders are anxious following the men's mysterious disappearance. The men, 23-year-old Shane Bryan, also known as 'Blacks' of Treadlight district, May Pen, and 29-year-old Richie Jackson of Bucks Avenue, also in May Pen, have reportedly been missing since Friday. Bryan and Jackson were reportedly last seen on a motorcycle heading into the York Town community about 10:30 a.m.

Portland man goes missing in St Catherine
A Portland man has gone missing in St Catherine where he was reportedly visiting friends.
He is 24-year-old Philbert Roberts, otherwise called ‘Vicky’, of Millbank, Comfort Castle, Portland.

A family from Bog Walk in St Catherine is trying to locate a teen member who is said to be missing since yesterday.

She is 15-year-old Jada Wynter, a student of Enid Bennett High School in Bog Walk.

A relative said that the child attended school, adding that none of the family members with whom she is known to be close can account for her whereabouts.

She was under punishment at home and so was not allowed to leave with any communication device, the relative added.

A report has been made at Bog Walk Police Station.

Anyone knowing the minor’s whereabouts is being asked to contact the nearest police station.

Reporting the double Murder of Nathan Tyrese Segree oc Pazzy_ 16 years old dob 20/11/2006 student of Guys Hill high school and resides at Captureland Highgate St Mary and Geovani Higgins o/c Marcus 22 years old DOB August 17, 2000 Correctional Officer of Captureland Highgate St Mary committed at St Mary High Football field,Highgate St Mary on Sunday March 26, 2023 about 6: 30pm.
Facts are both deceased men were at the Football field when a white Toyota axio motorcar drove up and reverse unto the Football field two men then alighted from the the car and ran down on the deceased men and open fire hiting them all over there bodies they were taken to the Port Maria Hospital where Segree was pronounced dead by Doctor Wright at 6.44pm and Higgins was pronounced dead by Doctor Grant at 6.47pm.

G***A SEIZURE IN PORTLAND/ CHILDREN AMONG THIRTEEN IN CUSTODY

A team of officers assigned to the Portland Police Division seized approximately 600 pounds of compressed g***a worth $ 3.3 million during an operation on Long Road in the Manchioneal policing area on Saturday, January 7. Thirteen people— including six women and two minors were taken in custody into relation to the seizure.
Reports are that about 9:00 p.m., lawmen were in the area when they signalled the driver of an Isuzu motor truck, with twelve persons aboard, to stop. He complied and the vehicle searched under the Dangerous Drugs Act. During the search, 600 pounds of compressed g***a was found in their possession.
They were subsequently taken into custody; however their identities are being withheld pending further investigation.
