"If you ever find yourself to be the smartest person in the room, leave! For there is nothing you can learn."

Always surround yourself with people who discuss ideas, theory, concepts and those who question or challenge the status quo. Not only will you find new perspective but you may discover answers to questions you've always pondered. It is usually the most mundane and seemingly irrelevant puzzle piece you need to complete any puzzle. Don't be afraid to admit; "I don't know the answer." It is wiser to say; "Let me think about it and I'll get back to you." Only a fool is quick to answer, even if he is wrong, he will still answer! By wanting to reveal how much he knows, he actually reveals how little he does know. But, not knowing is next to knowing where to find out.
