The students of the European Master’s Degree in Human Rights and Democratization (E.MA) will be hosting the Venice Human Rights Film Festival themed “Empathy: The World in Perspective”. It will be a space to participate in debate within the framework of human rights-related films, aimed at encouraging a wide audience to reflect about contemporary challenges and problems from different perspectives

. Apart from film screenings, there will be room for panel discussions featuring the film directors and experts in the human rights field, as well as a play that will explore the limits of empathy by looking at the relations of families with different cultural backgrounds living together. Friday 11 December (19h00-23h00), Saturday 12 December (14h00-23h00) and Sunday 13 December (11h30-23h00)
