HOW TO MAKE FISH ROLLS
RECIPES
3 cups all purpose flour
3 tablespoons butter
¹/² tablespoon baking powder
2 tablespoons sugar
¹/² tablespoon nutmeg
1 large egg
Milk flavor (to your taste)
Curry/thyme
Mackerel ice fish
Seasoning
Onions
Water
Veg oil
PROCEDURES
Step 1- Wash and boil fish with seasoning, curry, thyme and onions. Remove the bone from the fish, pieces with your hands and set aside. Heat up some little veg oil then add the pieces fish and stir fry.
Step 2- In a mixing bowl, sieve flour, add baking powder, sugar, milk flavor, nutmeg and butter then nix with your hands, add water bit by bit until it's s thick
Step 3- Place your dough on the rolling board and knead, then roll flat and cut, add your filling(fish) and roll inward to close
Step 4- Heat up veg oil and deep fry the fish roll pastry until it's golden brown
OR
Place your fish roll in an oven tray then rub with egg wash, place then in the oven and bake @ 175°C for 15-20minutes till edges are golden brown
