🇬🇧Techno Flex: a new direction for CLT processing.
During our Open House, we presented one of Essetre’s most important innovations: Techno Flex, the new working centre designed for CLT panels and curved structural beams.
At the technological heart of the machine is the patented milling head, previously showcased at LIGNA: a solution that allows processing from underneath the workpiece, without the need to move or flip it.
The result?
✔ processing on all sides of the workpiece
✔ no repositioning
✔ reduced handling
✔ higher precision
✔ increased productivity
This technology completely replaces the "Butterfly concept" and opens new possibilities for timber construction and structural woodworking.
Techno Flex moves on guides thanks to automatic crossbeams, which can also be positioned manually when necessary: flexibility, control and innovation in one single machine.
This is our idea of evolution: simplifying work, increasing precision and taking productivity to a higher level.

Durante il nostro Open House abbiamo presentato una delle novità più importanti di Essetre: Techno Flex, il nuovo centro di lavoro progettato per pannelli XLAM/CLT e travi strutturali curve.
Il suo cuore tecnologico è la testa a fresare brevettata, già presentata a LIGNA: una soluzione che permette di lavorare da sotto il pezzo, senza doverlo movimentare.
Il risultato?
✔ lavorazione su tutte le facce del pezzo
✔ nessun riposizionamento
✔ meno movimentazione
✔ maggiore precisione

🇬🇧Today we are inside our Techno SAW (NC working centre to cut and process trusses, elements of frame houses, light and solid wood beams - maximum working section 450 x h 150 mm) and we are taking a look at the patented milling head with 5 continuous interpolating axis for the processing of the 6 faces of the workpiece.
The motor is equipped with a patented dual-output system and uses an HSK63F tool holder.

🇮🇹Oggi siamo all'interno della Techno SAW (centro di lavoro a CN per tagliare e lavorare capriate, elementi delle case in ossatura, travi di legno leggero e massiccio - sezione massima di lavoro 450 x h 150 mm) e stiamo osservando la testa a fresare brevettata a 5 assi interpolanti continui per lavorare le 6 facce del pezzo.
Il motore è dotato di un sistema brevettato a doppia uscita e utilizza un attacco utensile di tipo HSK63F.

🇬🇧We are inside our Techno PF 1250 EVO (NC working centre for the construction of wooden structures, roofs, beams and X-LAM/CLT walls with width up to 1300 mm).
The machine is controlled by the new Essetre E-Live Software, with three-dimensional display of the workpiece and relative processing.
Its versatility allows it to interface with the most well-known Cad Cam programs specific for wooden structures.
The software is also equipped with a simulation and anti-collision system.

🇮🇹Siamo all'interno del nostro centro di lavoro Techno PF 1250 EVO (centro di lavoro a CN per la realizzazione di strutture in legno, tetti, travature e pareti X-LAM/CLT con larghezza fino a 1300 mm).
La macchina è stata integrata con il nuovo Software E-Live, con visualizzazione tridimensionale del pezzo e delle relative lavorazioni.
La sua versatilità permette di interfacciarsi con i più noti programmi Cad Cam specifici per strutture in legno.
Il software è inoltre provvisto di sistema di simulazione e anti collisione.
