Hi everyone!
I'm sharing the link to the student survey about the next presidential election.
Your answers will be anonymous and will serve as background information for an article we are writing for the next issue of The Matthew.

Hi all! We We hope this post finds you well, healthy, and in good spirits. This is an unprecedented time in not only the history of our university, but in the world. As a journalistic platform, we believe it is The Matthew’s responsibility to be a place for our students to share their experiences during the COVID-19 outbreak and would like to produce an April issue of student-written articles on this Corona phenomenon.

However, we are not unaware of the difficulties this pandemic has put members of our community through. We understand and sympathize with the people who have been affected financially, emotionally, and physically by COVID-19, and see how it is probable that not everyone who would like to contribute to this issue will have the same chance to. We do not want to be an exclusive platform, but a platform for everyone to engage with, and thus, have decided to ask the community whether they would like us to accept submissions for an April issue as a way to reconnect during this time.

We have created a short Survey Monkey (attached at the bottom of this post) that we kindly ask you to fill out before Saturday, March 28th. Based on the results, we will move onto the next step of gathering articles and producing an online April issue. If our readership prefers for us to delay the issue until May so more people who would like to contribute can, we will follow accordingly.

Stay safe!
