Sardina Design started thanks to the creativity of the two founders Emanuele Calderone and Simone Di Turo
and to their educational experiences gained at the European Institute for Design of Rome. Their partnership became effective in 2010, starting with the design of the identity brand for Anna&Alex and has quickly developed thanks to important collaborative projects, one of the most important of
which is Vogue Italia. The project aims to collect suggestions from very different contexts and make them flow into communicative systems with a double function: being competitive on the market,
on one hand, and offering the possibility to experience the products identities in a brand new way. This “philosophy” is the starting point of various influences which refers to the languages of the visual arts, of cinema
and literature but also to the most familiar contexts in a continuous eclecticism which eludes definite forms to look
for new dimensions.
