1 Egg 1 Egg only the red part 200 gr Plain Flour 1 spoon of an Italian liquor (Nocino) 500 gr almond grated 300 gr sugar 100 gr butter Make Egg pasta as usual adding the liquor spoon. Roll out the dough and make Tagliatelle ,set aside. Chop Almond and sugar in a mixer . Spread butter in a Square pan , add Tagliatelle sprinkle with almond and sugar . Finish with butter sprinkles on the top . cook in oven 150’ for 1 hour . Buon Appetito!

Also the prince Charles and also other famous people owned one in his cantine ..
The secret is the fog can you believe it ?
In foggy days they open the door and let the fog entering in the inside the canteen .
