About Baco
Baco is a maker and a container of photography projects.
A darkroom and a gallery space located in Palermo, run by photographer and darkroom specialist printer Andrea Campesi, and curator, Valentina Sestieri.
At Baco we work with photography as a tangible experience as well as visual and we live and regenerate our self in the constant dialogue and exchange whit external people and realities.
Our project aims to develop and empower the research of young artists, working closely with them from concept to production of artworks; we also spread and revaluate archive materials and "found photos”.
