Ingredient:
1 Onion
2 carots
1 zuchinis
1 red peper
1 yellow peper
1 chayote
2 laurel leaves
2 cup water
Salt and peper

Igigisa lang natin lahat guys para makuha nating lahat ng lasa ng gulay, pagkatapos saka natin lalagyan ng salt, peper and water hahayan lang natin hanggang sa maluto πŸ‘¨β€πŸ³ try nyo guys sure na mapapa extra kanin kayo sa simple lutong gulay πŸ§‘β€πŸ³

Ingredient:
1/5 kg of pork ribs
2 zucchini cut into rings
1 whole onion cut into small pieces
5 Belgian leaves
3 diced potatoes
2 liters of vegetable or meat broth (or 2 bouillon cubes)

procedures:
brown the onion in the oil, then put the pork ribs and brown with the onion, add the broth. If you don't have broth, use water and put two cubes of data. Season with salt and pepper and let go until the meat is tender. After that, when the meat is tender, put the potatoes, then the courgettes, the Belgian and leave to cook.

Good have day guys! Gumawa tayo ng masarap na Tinapay Pandecoco pwese pwede umaga pang breakfast at sa hapon pang meryenda 😁 Mapapadami na naman tayo ng kain sa sobra sarap πŸ§‘β€πŸ³

For the dough:
400 g of flour
250 ml of whole milk
1 egg
65 g of granulated sugar
7 g of active dry yeast
65ml sunflower oil plus 20ml for greasing the dough
Β½ teaspoon salt

To brush:
1 whole egg
1 tablespoon milk for brushing
For the stuffing:
55 g of butter
180 g unsweetened desiccated coconut or rather grated fresh coconut
85 g of cane sugar
Β½ teaspoon vanilla extract
120ml water (or milk)

VARIANT
If grated coconut (180g) is used, since the pulp is moist, the amount of water (or milk) must be reduced, using only 80ml.

PREPARATION OF THE DOUGH
Pour the warm milk, 30 g of sugar (removed from the total quantity), the egg and the yeast into a bowl.
Mix thoroughly with a whisk, cover and leave for about 10 minutes or until the first bubbles appear and the mixture becomes frothy.
Incorporate the flour in stages, mixing the dough with a spatula.
Add the remaining sugar, salt, oil and mix with the spatula.
Transfer the dough to the work surface and knead by hand (or with a mixer) for 5-10 minutes or until the dough is smooth and elastic, hydrated, but not sticky.
Do not add flour, but grease your hands and the surface of the dough with the foreseen 20 ml of oil.
Once you have obtained an elastic dough, form a ball and place it in a boule.
Cover it with food film and put it in the oven off with the light on.
Let the dough rise for 1 hour or until doubled in volume.

PREPARATION OF THE FILLING
In a small saucepan, immerse the dried coconut in the water and mix.
Leave to cook over low heat for a few minutes, then add
cane sugar and vanilla extract.
Stir and cook over low heat for 8-10 minutes, stirring.
Finally, add the butter in pieces and stir until well blended.
At the end of cooking, the filling must be soft and dry.
Remove it from the heat and let it cool.

MODELING
After the first leavening time, preheat the oven to 175Β°C.
Take the dough and press it with a fist to deflate it slightly.
Transfer it to the work surface, then form a cylinder and cut it into two equal parts.
Start working one of the two parts, keeping the other one covered with a tea towel at the same time.
Divide it into equal pieces of about 45 g and form balls.
With a rolling pin on the floured work surface, flatten each piece to no thinner than 2mm.
Place 1 scant spoonful of filling in the center of the disc obtained, then gather the flaps towards the center and seal the edges.
Shape the sandwich into a ball.
Proceed in the same way until all the pan de coco are shaped.

FINISHING AND COOKING
Transfer them to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or greased with butter, arranging them seam side down and slightly spaced apart.
Flatten them slightly and prick the top with the tines of a fork or skewer, so that steam can escape while cooking.
Cover the pan de coco and let them rise for another 30 minutes.

After the indicated time, brush the surface of the sandwiches with the egg beaten together with the milk.
Bake the Pan de coco in the preheated oven for 13-18 minutes or until golden brown.
Then remove them from the oven and let them cool.
When cooked, the Pan de coco are soft, fluffy and fragrant. πŸ§‘β€πŸ³πŸ§‘β€πŸ³πŸ§‘β€πŸ³

Pork Mechado recipe

Ingredients:
1 Β½ lb. pork shoulder sliced into cubes
1 large potato cubed
1 medium red bell pepper sliced
1 medium green bell pepper sliced
1 Knorr Pork Cube
1 lime or calamansi
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 can 6 oz. tomato sauce
1 Β½ cups water
5 cloves garlic crushed and chopped
1 medium onion diced
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
3 tablespoons cooking oil

Instructions
Combine pork, soy sauce, and juice of 1 lime in a bowl. Mix well and let it stay for 10 minutes.
Heat the oil in a cooking pot.
Saute the garlic and onion until the onion gets soft.
Add the marinated pork (include the remaining marinade). Cook until it pork turns light brown.
Pour tomato sauce and water. Let boil.
Add the Knorr Pork Cube. Stir. Cover and cook in low heat for 35 to 40 minutes.
Stir-in the bell peppers. Continue to cook for 5 minutes.
Add salt and ground black pepper to taste.
Transfer to a serving plate.
Serve.

Carrot plumcake

Ingredints:
375 g of raw carrots
195 g of 00 flour (or 145 g of 00 flour + 50 g of almond flour)
45 g of potato starch
195 gr of granulated sugar (which you can substitute for brown sugar)
120 ml of sunflower oil (which you can replace with an equal amount of melted butter)
3 eggs
grated peel of 1 orange
1 sachet of baking powder
1 pinch of salt
icing sugar to finish

First of all, clean the carrots by scraping the outside.

Put them in a mixer cut into small pieces with orange peel and oil. blend 5 – 6 minutes until they become creamy!

The secret to a perfect carrot cake is to obtain a smooth cream of raw carrots without small pieces!

Add the eggs to the carrot cream and mix with a fork or continue to blend with the mixer for a few seconds!

In a separate bowl, combine the flour, starch, sugar, pinch of salt and sifted baking powder: Pour the carrot cream compound into the flour, mix with a fork or a hand whisk for a few seconds, until you get a homogeneous compound and the dough is ready!!

Pour the mixture into a perfectly buttered and floured pan: Bake in a hot oven at 175Β° for 35 – 40 minutes, the time depends on the oven. It is always worth doing the toothpick test which obviously must be dry!

Remove from the oven and let it cool for 15 minutes, remove it from the mold or open the pan and let it cool

Wanting to dust with powdered sugar!
