Lapsus Music is the label founded by Emiliano Nencioni and Giacomo Godi, a.k.a Supernova. LM was created in 2008 when Supernova's music ideas spread abroad, after years of testing and research; this was a point of no return: from now on everything becomes concrete and evolve. Through Lapsus Music, Supernova want to experiment different sounds. Starting from one music concept, they a

im to produce their own music, release others' one music to create a kind of an open lab where they can work with deejays and producers from all over the world, sharing a new language. Lapsus is the virtual “square” where artists from different places in the world can meet and share their ideas and opinions, looking for a sound and “music worlds” continuously changing. Until now, the label has hosted a lot of new talents and big names who have always alternated with a great sinergy. Italian Bio:

Lapsus Music è la label di Emiliano Nencioni e Giacomo Godi in arte Supernova. Nata nel 2008 segna il momento in cui le idee musicali dei Supernova arrivano al mondo dopo anni di sperimentazione e ricerca, é una sorta di punto di non ritorno, da qui tutto si concretizza e si evolve. Partire da un concetto sonoro per sperimentarne altri, produrre musica e produrre la musica di altri, una sorta di laboratorio aperto dove ci si confronta con i Dj's e i produttori di tutto il mondo, condividendo un nuovo linguaggio . Questo l'obiettivo dei Supernova con la nascita di Lapsus Music. Lapsus é la "piazza" virtuale dove ci si incontra con artisti provenienti dalle più disparate parti del globo, si scambiano idee, opinioni alla ricerca di un suono e di "mondi" musicali in continua evoluzione. The influential house innovator steps up to Lapsus Music with the brilliant new Tulum EP.

Tulum kicks off with the sort of scruffy but warm kicks that get a party going. The synths then arrive and bring some fresh tripped out vibes while the snappy drums march on with stiff snares. It’s pure late night perfection. Get On Down is another stripped back house gem with paranoid voices marbling the groove and more raw, textured snares powering the beats on before some feel good chords bring the soul.

Lorenzo De Blanck once again shows his class with this vital new EP.

🎶 Release day - LPS352 🎶

and combine their skills on Lapsus Music for a terrific new two tracker that brings fresh house influences.

‘Quit Tonight’ has a garage-style groove that is built on bouncing drums with raw, snappy snares. The bassline underpins it all and clipped vocals finish it in infectious style. ‘Just Feel It’ builds on similar foundations with more brilliantly dry, stripped back drums that really cut through and plenty of subtle sonic embellishments that bring the style. It’s a catchy, timeless sound for getting the whole floor locked in.

These are two brilliant new cuts from Artslaves and Hito.

🎶 Release Day - LPS351 🎶

loves house and shows it off on his new EP “The House” for Lapsus. Two of the three tracks are in collaboration with as well 🫶🏽

Fuego kicks us off and is a collab with Ms Pika that is maxed out and full of groove, with a catchy vocal guaranteed to make you move across any dancefloor.

El House follows with jostling drums and funky snares that make for a nice raw beat as clipped vocals and deep bass flesh things out. It’s an arresting and high impact sound that will work on any floor.

Fogo with Ms Pika closes out with more tropical percussion and a nice tight, dry groove that never quits as the trippy vocals bring some colour.

All three of these tunes are sure to do big things this winter 🥶

We also had two premieres on Radio and , for Fogo and Fuego, respectively. Thanks so much guys!

🎶 Release day - LPS350 🎶

Lapsus Music kicks on with more essential club magic here, this time from who offers up the Taka EP. This newly emerging artist is a long time house lover who brings a quality touch to her productions.

‘Taka’ begins with well rooted kicks that soon establish a catchy groove. A vocal loop arrives to add a busy hook and the synths are lined by an exotic and moody saxophone that brings out the jazzy fashion before the drums land and carry you away once more. ‘Think Of You’ is a more undulating and loose sound with drunken drums and bass and skittish percussion that has a physical edge. More well worked vocals are layered in as the bass gets dark and the atmosphere uneasy.

These are two brilliant new tunes from Margherita 🌝
