New Dual release.

Dual is a project of contemporary fieldrecoding music.

The live was recorded to 09 September 2019,
at the Domusnovas.

The live is sequel of the album Ca​.​Net_is, recorded and produced from 1 to 10 September 2019, at the artistic residence LXL, San Sperate - Sardinia, Italy.

Part of the tracklist is made up of unreleased tracks, performed exclusively live, alternating with some tracks present on the album Ca​.​Net_is: evesmusic.bandcamp.com/album/ca-net-is

The theme of the album is focused on the creation of rural techno music, composed through environmental sounds, acoustic effects recorded in real environments, rhythmic percussions of wood and metal, and the use of sound stone sculptures by the Sardinian artist, Pinuccio Sciola.

The main elements that distinguish the concept are: the contrast between the real and virtual environment, past and future, the union of electronic music with tribalism in search of an otherworldly experience; these concepts have merged with the initiatory path of the Rave Culture, where physical and material abandonment takes place through a collective trance, to live a new experience.

Dual is a group made up of Cesare Bignotti aka Useless Idea and Giorgio Barroccu, since 2012 carries on a series of performative projects of sound installations on specific and extemporaneous themes on the subject of change; reality is re-configured through sound recording and manipulation, creating a new soundscape, composed of real information but reinterpreted in an abstract and dystopian way, through music.

Each performance is documented and preserved through the publication of a record.

Hypnosis & Coffee is one of the many aliases of Vincenzo Pacilli, a producer from Salerno with a unique creativity and style, for over 20 years Vincenzo has been making electronic music with a mashup that combines urban sounds such as Downtempo and instrumental hip-hop, with ambient, electro and techno, a varied musical ecosystem that remains united with a psychedelic sound a la Sun Ra, and a soundtrack aesthetic that refers directly to the cinema of the 70s / 80s.

Spores vol. 2, sequel to Spores (released by EVES in 2022), is also a collection of short songs, produced in the early 2000s, a music made of home studio moments and intimacies, which takes the listener on a sonic journey, inspired by the visionary cinema by authors such as Roman Polański and David Lynch, but wearing the clothes of sound ghetto artists as Madlib and Mf Doom.

Guido Bisagni (b. Alessandria 1978). Better known as "108", an exponent of the first Italian scene of urban abstract art, he has always carried out research that is not only visual.

Guido is a member of Corpoparassita, a famous industrial experimental band from Alessandria (north west of Italy).

From an early age, he uses objects to create sounds for fun, approaches punk then playing in various groups, but the passion for the unusual brings him into contact with industrial music with the film Decoder. In 1997 he enrolled at the Milan Polytechnic where, in addition to studying the classics of the abstract avant-garde, he got to know Luigi Russolo's Art of Noises.

From the end of the 90s onwards, he made many works, generally very limited and live editions such as "Larva" or "Larva 108" or simply by his first name ranging from the most extreme noise to the most relaxing ambient and field recordings and minimalism.

The pieces in these archives do not have a particular genre, spontaneous, immediate music, classified by order of 'impact', as written the Roman hero Dj Producer Andrea Benedetti: "the 90s were a very fervent period and the productions were 'free' from schemes and templates who could not define its aesthetics.

The tracks are 'Archives' a selection of songs originally entrusted to Rephlex to be part of the first publication, subsequently set aside to make room for other choices that constituted the future discography that would soon shape the sound of D'arcangelo and by Rephlex itself, distinguishing itself for the accurate fusion of elements of the post techno underground scene, jungle, idm and ambient incursions and references to the 80s analog sound, a continuous hybridization of genres and sub-genres that moved spontaneously towards innovation, in clear contrast with today's conception of mainstream electronic music.

One year after his debut album: "Circuiti Cardiaci" released on EVES in 2021, and a track on the compilation Concrete World Vol. I , pleaded by Opal Tapes, Alessandro Gramaccioni aka "AFM," returns to the scene with "Nato Angelo" a collection of tracks composed between 2020 and 2022, an album capable of amalgamating genres rooted in the 90s tradition such as: Jungle, hints of Classic Modern with an IDM flavor, a mashup that as "Braindance", combines listening and dance music.

The record is a snapshot of the current sound of electronic club music, what distinguishes the record is the absence of stylistic barriers, versatility and heterogeneity but also memory, in fact the tracklist involves many scenarios, such as the tracks "CRYSTALLIZE ME" and "ME + M6YRS" which recall the melodies of "Incunabula" by "Autechre," or, the track "FANTASIOSE ANOMALIE" in which some melodies and bassline refer to Aphex Twin's "Syro," or the crystalline sound of "Nato Angelo" which gives the album its title, overlooks the contemporary and the abstract sound that refers directly to "Xen" by Arca, (an artist capable of redefining the sound of this end of the decade and of which the new generations are in some way children), experiences, quotations that highlight the wide sonic universe of this young artist, and the spontaneity and beauty of this record.

"There's no linear time" è infatti una raccolta di brani composti nell'ultimo anno, in cui si avvicendano differenti stili, scenari e timbriche, che si riferiscono però ad uno stile peculiare, marcatamente astratto.
Volutamente eterogeno, il mixato precede l'uscita nel mese corrente di "Nato Angelo" 9 track album su EVES music, album capace di amalgamare diversi generi e di proporre una visione moderna di questi, spaziando tra Jungle, Classic Modern, IDM e sottolineando la spontaneità e la versatilità dell'universo sonoro dell'artista.
