...and this long day never ends! After a great announcement, there's another surprise we didn't hint at! at 18.30, CET, so, in less than an hour, we have the pleasure to be premiered on Black Metal Promotion with the first single from VLTOR, a pagan black metal entity coming back from Hel... well not, from Hades! "Fons Perennis" will take you back to glorious times, in a time of iron and blood!

Their new record, titled "Non Auro Sed Ferro" will be out on September 20th, on CD format, alongside some sweet new merch!

The band itself says: ""Non Auro Sed Ferro is an act of rejection towards vacuous and inane modernity. Our music contrasts ir with a search for the strong, albeit ferocious and dark, values of archaic Romanism, portrayed in a religious and mythological perspective. Coherently, the choice of sound points to a distinctly Mediterranean style, without frills and without compromises with contemporary elements"

Dusktone is proud to reveal another new signing! This time we are talking about norwegian black metal masters DEN SAAKALDTE!

The collaboration will be for more titles under the Dusktone imprint.

The band has always been the creature of the guitarist SYKELIG and through time the ranks have hosted fine musicians such as Hellhammer (Mayhem, Arcturus, The Kovenant), Niklas Kvarforth (Shining), Anders Kobro (In The Woods) and currently Skoll (Arcturus, Ved Buens Ende).

The latest effort by Den Saakaldte is "Pesten Som Tar Over", released in the fall of 2023. We welcome them to our roster.

Further plans and details will be revealed in the course of 2025!

Through this weird european summer, we're moving on towards the fall, where we will release a lot of new stuff. A couple of premieres are already kicking and they will be revelealed in July. In the meantime, we already announced we signed ALTAR OV ASTERIA, a German mysterious all-female black metal band. This is their first track, "Kataklysm". Not in orde, because we have other surprises hitting sooner than this one, but we're proud to announce that American post-metallers ONE WITH THE RIVERBED are releasing their second full-lenght, "Succumb" on October 25th! From those seeds, something else was born out of knowledge and history: a series of talks we are proud to sponsor about Black Metal, the one with capital letters, of course. The first one will be held on July 11th, in Genoa. It will be the first of a series...

The forest, the co**se painting, the fire, the knives, the long night: typical elements of black metal imagery, symbolic references to a primordial state and moments of initiatory passage, outside or against the order of the polis.
What is it that attracted us as teenagers - and what still attracts today's teenagers - to this total form of expression, where music and imagery combine to take us out of the social and down into the depths? What is it about black metal that shapes us, forges us or destroys us, if not its being an unattenuated expression of Telling the Origin?

After the successful Spite Extreme Wing campaign and the reissue of the first part of the Necromass catalogue due in autumn, Dusktone has decided to embark in a new philological emprise giving the proper ultimate edition for italian black metal legends EVOL. The records have not disappeared - we know that - but it will be time, in 2025, to get them together in official European deluxe editions, in boxsets, in vinyl versions, with proper liner notes and pictures, with new merchandise items and, last but surely not least, with the release of the completely unreleased live "DE BELLO GALLICO" recorded in France at the time. Stay tuned for details! It will be a mystical and medieval spring, we can assure you!

These days DEKADENT are very busy. They have a record out with us, the mind-provoking DYONIST, a fine example of what extreme music can be, and then they are performing, in their own country, as DYONIST, playing for Sophocle's "Antigone" at the main square in Medvode, Slovenia. Dusktone has had so far a good semester, with FIFTEEN releases under our belts by THIRTEEN bands.
