Ho provato le nuove @siruiimaging Vision Prime, lenti full frame con mount intercambiabile. Leggere e compatte, oltre ad averle scelte nella colorazione più accattivante, sono davvero un bel prodottino di fascia intermedia, adatto a chi viaggia e vuole comunque avere un buon “vetro” su cui far affidamento. Aver la fortuna di provarle in una location come Dubai mi ha fatto divertire e riscoprire il piacere di girare per il gusto di farlo e forse è questo il risultato più grande di questo veloce test. Milan Fashion Week Vibes Some how to of footage taken with our friends at GEOX during the new collection launch, project in which we, me at the camera and @giovanni__grossi editing (check Geox profile for the edit done daily for them), are proudly involved and collaborate for a while now thanks to @aridissimo This year I’ve got the opportunity to test on field the new Sirui Jupiter 35mm T2 that @siruiimaging provide with the rest of the set, me in order to give some feedbacks. Thanks @michelenava.mov for the bts footage At first they look really sharp, clean, fast enough, a perfect pick for this kind of content productions, where a clean image is crucial. On set we had only the 35mm, picked between the whole set since we were gear tight and so we chose what would be an overall “go for” in terms of Focal Length on a S35 sensor. Despite a prime may seem a problem in situation like these where flexibility and fast response is crucial (a zoom was my pick on the previous editions), combining this lens with a sigma 18-35mm and a Laowa 12mm zero d, granted me the perfect combination. It’s just a matter of being well organized and have a clear shortlist in our mind. Which are the 3 features you’d like to have for a travel light? I would pick: - Powerful - Portable - Flexible in use All of these 3 are into the MOLUS family from Zhiyun! I was already a big fan, having in my light kit 2x MOLUS 100x pro kit, which changed the way of lighting and traveling to me. For indoor situations, or outdoor evening / shadow shootings, these lights have helped me and the team a lot, being flexible to be used as practical lights, key light to shoot details and b-rolls (for ex. Car details), yet powerful enough for light propoperly also an indoor interview in case (we’ve clamped them like everywhere). And moreover I loved that I can just ship them in the luggage, bringing on the carry on bag just the battery (please do not leave batteries in the checked bag guys hahaha). So after a really nice talk at NAB I wanted to thank @zhiyun_tech for letting me try these new lights they’ve just recently released, a whole new way for fast and light setups. I’ll let you know how me and the team will like to work with these lights, doing probably a longer videro in a couple of months, just to test them and see how stiff and good to be used. i hope that these can be a b-setup for affordable lights and/or a solutions when things like weight, space and flexibility comes to be a crucial part while pre-producing. p.s. how cool is the cover shot from @paolo.alphieri Filmed and edit by @filippo_bodega

BTS - S4 - E6 - BTS So this is it. LAST ONE. THE END. FINISH. Ok of the Season, but probably you won’t see us going back to a theater anytime soon with the @breakingitaly night. I can’t tell you now what we’re working on but in the meantime I can tell you how proud I am of this project. How it has evolved from being a total random experiment, in being a fixed appointment where we had the chance to meet friends Make friends Test ourselves Grow as a team and as human beings. I wanted to thank @shooterhatesyou for all the beautiful vibes he brought in these years on stage, the way he manage stress, being in front of thousands of people, talking with such high profile politicians, artists, journalists etc.. is so inspiring for me and for everyone in the crew. There would be a lot to be said, and maybe we’ll do that, but for now just trust me when I tell you that a good project start from the head that has it, and he has been a great guide. Thanks to each one of the guy that have been part of the episodes of this and the previous seasons, you have all been a step ahead and I’ve learnt something from each one of you, guiding you through the seasons, the technicals and trusting all of you have been a big lesson to me. Thanks to the theater that have hosted us in this wonderful season, we’ve been pleased to be welcomed every time by a skilled and excited crew, I hope we’ll meet anytime soon. NEW PRODUCT ON FIELD TEST I’ve had the chance to test out the new Pyro S before their release and we decided to test them on a real battleground, the podcast where we have 9 cameras wireless connected. We have all @hollylandtech ecosystems on field, using Cosmo C1 and Mars 4K coupled with Mars M1 Enhanced. I had a spare couple of mars 4K just in case, but I have to be honest, they’ve worked perfectly. ✅ Here’s some things I like: - Scene Mode: love the chance to decide between boosting signal range or quality when needed. Here we have used HD mode being close to the receiver - indipendent transmission technology: having a different signal band using and switch has free more the channels used by the mars 4K, improving also their functionality 🤔 Things I’m still deciding my feeling about: - form factor, I’ve been rigging my cameras always with a vertical setup, I’m still understanding if I like this “horizontal” setup Thanks so much to @eve_hollyland and @hollyland.eu for letting me try this new from the family. 🎥 by @filippo_bodega 🤙
