في إطار حملة الـستة عشر يومًا لمناهضة العنف ضد المرأة وتحت شعار "تمكين المرأة طريق لتعزيز التنمية المستدامة" نظّم برنامج متطوعي منظمة #جسر_إلى – مركز متطوعي قره قوش وبتمويل من مشروع "مبادرة" المدعوم من الاتحاد الأوروبي، ورشة تدريبية بعنوان "مناهضة العنف ضدّ المرأة، وانهاء العنف الاسري" في مدينة بغديدا.
ركزت الورشة على مناقشة المشكلات والآثار السلبية الناتجة عن العنف ضد المرأة، وسبل معالجتها من خلال أنشطة نفسية، اجتماعية، واقتصادية.
شارك في الورشة عدد من نشطاء المجتمع المدني من مدينة بغديدا.
As part of the 16 Days of Activism Violence Against women campaign and under the slogan "Empowering women is a way to enhance sustainable development" the UPP Volunteers Program – Al-Mahlabiyah Volunteer Center, in collaboration with the Community Police, the Community Counseling Center, with the support of the "Mubadra" project funded by the EU,, organized a training workshop titled "Combating violence against women and ending domestic violence" in the city of Baghdeda.
The workshop focused on discussing the issues and adverse effects resulting from violence against women and explored ways to address them through psychological, social, and economic activities, A number of civil society activists from the city of Baghdeda participated in the workshop.

تحت شعار "الشباب طاقة لا تنضب وديمومة للهوية والوجود" واحتفاءً بيوم الشباب العالمي نظّم برنامج متطوعي منظمة #جسر_إلى بدعم من مشروع "نساء من أجل الديمقراطية" وبالتعاون مع مكتبة أمل ودار مار بولس للخدمات الكنسية مهرجان "أمل الإبداعي السنوي" في مركز قضاء الحمدانية – بغديدا.
تضمّن المهرجان جلسة حوارية مع صاحبة مشروع "متحف بيت الاسلاف" وهي تتحدث عن دور المرأة في صناعة التغيير، قراءات شعرية، دبكات ورقصات فلكلورية، عزف موسيقي، قصص نجاح لأشخاص ملهمين، خطابات تحفيزية للمجتمع، وافتتاح أضخم بازار متنوع تضمّن الأكلات الشعبية والأعمال اليدوية والكتب والتحفيات والمقتنيات الصغيرة.

Under the slogan “Youth is an inexhaustible energy of identity and existence” and in celebration of International Youth Day, the #UPP volunteer program with the support of the “Women for Democracy” project and in cooperation with Amal Library and St. Paul's Church Services organized the annual “Amal Creative Festival” at the district center Al-Hamdaniya - Baghdida.

تحت شعار "المرأة هي الرياضة" أقام برنامج متطوعي منظمة #جسر_إلى بالتعاون مع مؤسسة السلام المستدام ومشروع الثورة أنثى لعبة كرة قدم ودّية بين فتيات برطلّة وشباب ناحية النمرود لتكون أوّل بطولة في نينوى بين الفتيات والشباب بمشاركة ثقافات وديانات مختلفة.

بعد أن أكملنا الإفطار الذي أعدّه المتطوعون في بيوتهم وطبخوه لذوي الهمم "ذوي الإعاقة" أقمنا لهم أمسية رمضانية تضمّنت مسابقات وتبادل المشاعر تجاه ذوي الإعاقة وكذلك توزيع هدايا للمشاركين مع فتح حوارات حول كيفية تعزيز دور ذوي الإعاقة في المجتمع من خلال المبادرات والفعاليات والأنشطة المختلفة وكذلك من خلال توفير لهم مساحات في المؤسسات الحكومية، كانت الأمسية مهمة جدا لتعزيز النقاش والحوار لتعزيز دور ذوي الإعاقة في المجتمع.
After we completed the Iftar that was prepared by the volunteers in their homes and cooked for people of determination "people with disabilities", we held a Ramadan evening for them that included competitions and the exchange of feelings towards people with disabilities, as well as distributing gifts to the participants with opening dialogues on how to enhance the role of people with disabilities in society through various initiatives, events and activities as well as from By providing spaces for them in government institutions, the evening was very important to promote discussion and dialogue to enhance the role of people with disabilities in society.
