Looking for an Account Manager to join the PI team!

This is a remote, project-based role. As an account manager, you will be:

- Leading communication between clients and the team to ensure seamless project ex*****on.
- Lead and manage daily tasks for the editorial and creative teams.
- Providing video editors and graphic designers with texts to produce visuals.
- Draft proposals for new opportunities.

To be eligible for this role, you must:

- Speak Kurdish, Arabic, and English.
- Based in Iraq, preferably in Kurdistan.
- Have 4+ hours a day available for the job.
- Have experience in digital marketing and working with NGOs.
- Be able to attend frequent in-person meetings at the Erbil office.

Job Posting: Full-Time Video Editor

Location: Erbil

Position Overview:

PI (Power Insights) is seeking a talented and experienced full-time Video Editor to join our dynamic team in Erbil. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating their skills in creating short videos, especially reels, from raw footage and stock footage.

Responsibilities:

-Edit and assemble raw footage and stock footage into engaging short videos and reels.

-Enhance videos with visual effects, sound, and other elements to achieve a polished final product.

-Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling video content that aligns with our brand.

-Ensure logical sequencing and smooth transitions.

-Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry best practices to maximize efficiency and creativity.

Requirements:

-Proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio, specifically in creating short videos and reels.

-Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).

-Solid understanding of digital technology and editing software packages.

-Creative mind and storytelling skills, with a keen eye for detail.

-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.

Changing Lives through Storytelling on Social Media 🎓

When Cihan University aimed to attract more students to its new department, they sought a non-conventional approach to promotion. Traditional methods like TV commercials, radio ads, and print magazines were ruled out. They needed a fast and effective way to reach the right people all across Iraq.

To meet these challenges the perfect solution emerged: combining the power of storytelling with the wide reach of established social media platforms. With the university's support, we embarked on crafting seven captivating stories of real individuals whose lives had been transformed by Cihan University. These stories were presented through our trusted partners' platforms.

The campaign's human touch resonated deeply, reaching over 2.5 million people and garnering more than 300K reactions from the target audience across Iraq. Many of these individuals approached the university for further information on the specific program and, in numerous cases, went on to enroll.

Cihan University expressed immense satisfaction with the campaign's results. We feel honored to have positively impacted the lives of many. Together, we showcased how education can be a catalyst for life-changing experiences. 🎓✨
