أسس موقع نوهدرا لايف بتاريخ 2012/5/1 في محافظة دهوك ( نوهدرا ) وسمي هذا الموقع حبنآ بأسم محافظتنا العزيزة ، وقد قمنا بتأسيس هذا الموقع وكان هدفنا الأول والأساسي إيصال الحدث و الفرحة و البهجة لجميع أبناء شعبنا في جميع انحاء العالم ، وفي بداية عملنا ، توسع العمل و شمل جميع المحافظات ....
