غرفة تجارة بغداد: تنظم مؤتمر صناع النجاح وسط ترحيب حكومي وبرلماني ومجتمعي كبير

نظمت غرفة تجارة بغداد ممثلة بقسم ريادة الاعمال مؤتمر صناع النجاح وسط ترحيب كبير من جميع الحضور الحكومي والبرلماني والقطاع الخاص، حيث تفاعلوا بشكل كبير مع هذا الحدث الذي وصفوه بالمهم، شاكرين السيد فراس رسول الحمداني رئيس الغرفة وفريق عملة الذي ابدع بمهامه وبهذا الجهد الكبير.
وحضر المؤتمر اعضاء مجلس ادارة غرفة تجارة بغداد والسادة المستشارين ورؤساء الاقسام وفريق متكامل من العلاقات والاعلام، وبإشراف من قبل رئيس قسم ريادة الاعمال السيدة سهير عيسى الجبوري.
رئيس غرفة تجارة بغداد السيد فراس رسول الحمداني قال: ان الاحتفاء بصناع النجاح من رواد الاعمال يعد اولوية لنا، وذلك لدورهم الكبير في دعم الاقتصاد و تحقيق التنمية المستدامة، لا سيما ان رواد الاعمال نجدهم يسعون باتجاه ان يكونوا شريك وطني لدعم البناء والاعمار في العراق وهذا غاية في الاهمية.
واضاف الحمداني ان الغرفة تعمل على جعل رواد الاعمال صوت اقتصادي مهم، حيث نظمت الغرفة دورات تدريبية لرواد الاعمال واشركت أكثر من ٤٠٠ شخص من المسجلين بهدف صقل مواهبهم.
واثنى الحمداني على دور الحكومة في دعم القطاع الخاص ممثلة بالسيد رئيس الوزراء المهندس محمد شياع السوداني ومجلس النواب الذي بات داعماً للشباب من خلال التشريعات الداعمة للنهوض بهذه الفئة.
بدوره ممثل وزير الشباب والرياضة د. علي الدفاعي شدد على ضرورة تشجيع ثقافة النجاح بين الشباب، وان شبابنا يحتاجون إلى الدعم ليحققوا النجاح ، وان هذا المؤتمر يقدم طاقات الشباب التي تمثل امل المستقبل، وان الوزارة بات من اولوياتها الشباب إلى جانب الرياضة.
وقدم الدفاعي الشكر والامتنان الى رئيس الغرفة على هذا الجهد الكبير ورعاية رواد الاعمال والنهوض بهم.
اما ممثل وزير التجارة د. مالك الدريعي فقد نقل تحايا وزير التجارة السيد اثير الغريري الى السيد رئيس الغرفة والى صناع الابداع من الشباب.
وبين ان القطاع الخاص الشريك في تحقيق الاستدامة، الأمر الذي يجعلنا نعمل على تعزيز السياسات التي تنمي الاعمال، لافتا الى ان هذا المؤتمر يتيح فرصة الاطلاع على ما جاء به صناع النجاح والتواصل معهم .
في حين قال رئيس مجموعة الشركات العصرية السيد محسن كاطع : نشكر رئيس غرفة تجارة بغداد السيد فراس الحمداني على تنظيم هذا المؤتمر الذي يجعلنا تعزز الشباب بافكار جديدة يمكن ان تكون فرصة نجاح، ثم استعرض تجربته الشخصية وكيف نمت وكبرت، حاثا الشباب على الافادة من التكنولوجيا المتطورة.
اما المدير المفوض لشركة بيت الحكمة الاستاذ هشام خالد عباس بين : ان هذا المؤتمر جاء في وقت مهم يشهد العالم خلاله تطورات كبيرة، الأمر الذي يتطلب دعم رواد الاعمال لصنع نجاح حقيقي داخل المجتمع ونشكر كل من قدم الدعم الى الشباب.
اما السيد علاء رضا علوان رئيس مجلس ادارة شركة بن رضا علوان فقد تكلم عن مواجهة التحديات ودورها في صنع النجاح واستعرض تجربته الخاصة وكيف خلق النجاح من رحم المعاناة.
و تضمنت فعاليات المؤتمر جلسة حوارية تشاركية طرفيها رواد الاعمال والحضور على اختلافهم، أدارها السيد منتظر نبيل من قسم ربادة الأعمال تناولت واقع المشاريع التي نفذت من قبل رواد الأعمال، وكيف تحولت الافكار الى مشاريع وتجاوز التحديات التي واجهها رواد الاعمال خلال فترات تنفيذ المشاريع، والدور الإيجابي لغرفة تجارة بغداد في تدريب رواد الاعمال والمساعدة والدعم في تنظيم المشاريع.

Baghdad Chamber of Commerce organized the Success Makers Conference amidst a great welcome from all government, parliament and private sector attendees, as they interacted greatly with this event, which they described as important, thanking Mr. Firas Rasool Al-Hamdani, Chairman of the Chamber, and his team who excelled in their tasks and with this great effort.
The conference was attended by members of the Board of Directors of Baghdad Chamber of Commerce, advisors, department heads and an integrated team from relations and media.
The president of Baghdad Chamber of Commerce, Mr. Firas Rasool Al-Hamdani, said: Celebrating the success makers of entrepreneurs is a priority for us, due to their great role in supporting the economy and achieving sustainable development, especially since we find entrepreneurs striving to be a national partner to support construction and reconstruction in Iraq, and this is extremely important.
Al-Hamdani added that the Chamber is working to make entrepreneurs an important economic voice, as the Chamber organized training courses for entrepreneurs and involved more than 400 registered people with the aim of honing their talents.
Al-Hamdani praised the government's role in supporting the private sector represented by Prime Minister Eng. Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani and the council of Representatives, which has become a supporter of youth through legislation supporting the advancement of this category.
In turn, the representative of the Minister of Youth and Sports, Dr. Ali Al-Dafai, stressed the need to encourage a culture of success among youth, and that our youth need support to achieve success, and that this conference presents the energies of youth that represent the hope of the future, and that youth have become a priority for the ministry in addition to sports.
Al-Dafai expressed his thanks and gratitude to the President of the Chamber for this great effort and sponsorship of entrepreneurs and their advancement.
As for the representative of the Minister of Commerce, Dr. Malik Al-Durai, he conveyed the greetings of the Minister of trade, Mr. Athir Al-Ghariri, to the President of the Chamber and to the creative makers of youth.
He explained that the private sector is a partner in achieving sustainability, which makes us work to enhance policies that develop businesses, noting that this conference provides an opportunity to see what the makers of success have brought and communicate with them.
While the Chairman of the Modern Companies Group, Mr. Mohsen Katea, said: We thank the Chairman of Baghdad Chamber of Commerce, Mr. Firas Al-Hamdani, for organizing this conference that enables us to support young people with new ideas that can be an opportunity for success. Then he reviewed his personal experience and how it grew and developed, urging young people to benefit from advanced technology.
As for the Managing Director of Bayt Al-Hikma Company, Mr. Hisham Khaled Abbas, he said: This conference came at an important time during which the world is witnessing major developments, which requires supporting entrepreneurs to create real success within society, and we thank everyone who provided support to young people.
As for Mr. Alaa Reda Alwan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Bin Reda Alwan Company, spoke about facing challenges and their role in creating success and reviewed his own experience and how success was created from the womb of suffering.
The conference activities included a participatory dialogue session between entrepreneurs and attendees of all kinds, which addressed the reality of projects implemented by entrepreneurs, how ideas were transformed into projects and overcoming the challenges faced by entrepreneurs during project implementation periods, and the positive role of Baghdad Chamber of Commerce in training entrepreneurs and assisting and supporting them in organizing projects.
