In a significant development,Keyi Panyor District Fish Farmer's Association was established here today at Yachuli, marking a major milestone for the local aquaculture industry.
This association aims to promote sustainable fish farming practices, provides support to local farmers,and contributes to the region's food security and economic growth.
The following executive members were selected for the smooth running of the association Tagang Jelly and Nikh Tugu as Chairman and Secretary General.

The inaugural meeting of the Keyi Panyor District Fish Farmers Association meeting was highlighted by Nikh Tugu the urgent need for fish farmers to unite and advocate for their rights. An welcome speech was addressed by Likha Kamin.
Fish farmers from 6 circles within the district participated in the formation of the association, pledging to join forces and amplify their voices.
Recently, a meeting took place between fish farmers and the district administration of Keyi Panyor, wherein farmers shared their grievances and concerns.
Building on this momentum, there is now a growing need for all fish farmer unions to consolidate under a single, unified platform.
