This recipe consist of 2 egg whites and one egg yolk, used 2 slice of white bread because of unavailability of brown bread, otherwise I use brown bread or multigrain bread. One can sprinkle black pepper powder to enhance taste.

Egg contains protein, fat and vitamin and bread contains carbs and fiber (if used brown bread or multigrain bread).
