After a really long time, i gotta post something that‘s actually my life as of now.
Since many of you who are still connected with me knows that i am on a new career path now, i really don’t get much time to post anything on Instagram or any videos on YouTube which i must i know. As a PhD student, life is running pretty busy but no complains 🙊.
Recently i got the opportunity to visit a research conference (PET-RTRC) related to my field at Washington University in Saint Louis where i was accompanied by my fellow lab members/friends who made it fun 🤩. Before leaving the city, we visited this amazing church in St. Louis which is really so underrated despite of it’s beautiful architecture, interior and free access to everyone (no entry-fee).
Spending few days with your colleagues not only is an opportunity to get to know them closely but also leaves us with life-long memories. Longbo as always is an amazing person inside-out and a wonderful roomie while Angel Kani has always been my partner in everything since last year. Thanks to my boss who gave us this opportunity and a big thank to these wonderful people for being there.
And thank you 🙏 to each one of you who message me sometimes to remind me to post something 😂, i really adore that.

Hi Friends and Family,
Sorry for being MIA first of all but i am really trying my best to be present here as much as i can.
So last month, i witnessed the first most beautiful FALL of my life so far at . And no where else i have seen such an immense beauty. I wish the camera could capture what my eyes witnessed. It has given me memories which i am going to cherish throughout my life.
All thanks to my brother for tagging me along with him. Sorry but I can’t tag him.
If you could ever visit Vermont, i would suggest you to visit at least during Fall season because it made me fall in love with 😍 nature and life again.
The entire journey was just a WOW 🤩!

is the place i have visited like twice in a gap of a week 😂just with different friends and had been an awesome experience both the times.
Just 1 thing i didn’t like about it was that it was so so crowded that i wasn’t able to take a single pic without a person in the background and people going in between the fields destroying them just to take pics and i was like dude there’s a civilised way too.
By the way the real festival you want to see happens in Netherlands.
I would advise you not to go on weekends to avoid huge crowd. For each adult it costs 12$ but its worth each penny. And there are shops inside where you can learn a bit about the dutch culture and buy souvenirs for your close ones.

Just today morning a very sweet friend of mine reminded me and pushed me to post a picture of mine.

It’s all about PERSPECTIVE.
Life is all about perspective - the way you see things from a certain distance and it allows you to appreciate their true value.

The only temple, i have visited where there wasn’t any statue of God to worship.

PS - Bhangarh Fort isn‘t haunted actually and when i asked the guide about ghosts, he said something very beautifully - There is no bigger ghost than human-being 👌👌.

Major missing…… My First experience of an active volcano which was really active that day and the smog that you see in the pic are actually all the fumes emitted by the volcano that day which was really pungent smelling and was irritating the eyes of the people too.
But it was a lifetime experience which i would love ❤️ to experience again soon.

My birthday 🎂 had always been an event which i used to celebrate with all my buddies every year, that’s the one trip we all used to take to have a blast 💥 once an year at least, a trip dedicated to friendship, just for friends, the most valuable relation made by us in this life.

Thank you everyone with all my heart ❤️ god bless you all. This year wasn’t a great one ☝️ but you all made it special in every way.

A big big thanks to all my friends on instagram for making it special, god bless you all, have a blessed life, stay safe and take care.

How many of you have been there ??
If you haven’t yet, you must at least visit once because the feeling of the place is spellbinding.

Its Diskit Monastery, Nubra Valley which was so so far to reach but worth every second. Its just so quiet, calm, serene and seems so far from the world that for a moment it just feels like you are on an entirely different planet. And it was my first ever experience of visiting such a huge monastery built at such a great height (10,308feet altitude) reaching where makes every single effort worth taking and it is the oldest and the largest buddhist monastery in the Nubra Valley.

I wasn’t a great poser and was not very much interested in taking my own pics 😂😂😂 but i realise now should have taken many more. .

Just a random pose because i had nothing on my mind apart from being funny 😆 and enjoying the moment.

P.S. This pic was taken long back from my iphone6 and it was really the best gadget i had that time which captured all my memories from my 2nd longest trip till now and it was an incredible journey throughout. I miss those days 😣.

Ulun Danu Beratan Temple is located in Bali, indonesia which is a Hindu Shiva Temple covering a huge area of land, filled with beautiful gardens containing statues and images of gods.

It is also known as Bali Temple on the lake as it looks like it is floating on the Baratan river.

Inside the complex, there are 3 main shrines dedicated to god Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva.

Its one of my most memorable trip and such a beautiful country that i want to visit again soon.

Tip: Better to visit the temple other than the noon timings as it gets foggy during the noon.

And who needs an international vacation when you have too much to explore in your own country that’s why its known as Incredible India, full of surprises, places to explore and it would never stop to amaze you.

This is actually a pic taken when i was walking through the trail towards the Arwah Cave and i was awestruck to see the beautiful valleys and long waterfalls throughout the trail, its just so pure and serene.

Looking at the conditions at this point of time, i feel i have to miss travelling much more now and really i don’t know 🤷‍♀️ for how long. Again same situation like last year or may be worse.

Well i cannot forget my Meghalaya trip of last year, which was just so amazing that i really have no words to explain my joy and happiness.

was one of the accessories i always had in one of my hand for clicking just wheresoever i like 👍 and it was just so fun because to be honest its so handy and not at all heavy and thankfully captures such great views.

This is what i do most of the time when i am travelling, looking for places, how to reach, google maps, information related to places, every time just searching and searching and trust its really not an easy job, you have to fight for your moment. Its not always what it looks in videos. We have to strike the right balance.

Saigon Central Post Office is a beautifully preserved remnant of French colonial times, located next to Notre Dame Cathedral therefore two cultural sites can be visited together.

Inside it has looping arches, intricately designed marble floors and antiquated telephone boxes, which is a reminder of culture and architecture of that time.

Painted onto the walls overhead are two maps of the region; one of them showing the telegraph lines that crisscross Vietnam and Cambodia and the other displaying a map of Saigon in 1892.

People who have interest in architecture and history of a place, its a must visit for them.

I hope you can imagine now how awesome my next YouTube video Goa Part 2 is going to be??

I am thinking of posting some short videos like this, what say??? Need your opinion.

is the most developed city in Vietnam 🇻🇳 i saw so far which is full of beautiful skyscrapers, historical monuments and buildings, beautiful street markets and happening restaurants.

Roaming in day by foot was a really bad decision because it was so so hot 🥵 but i had no choice as it was my last day in Ho Chi Minh city.

This is the Ho Chi Minh City Hall, an iconic landmark and an administrative institution, designed by french architects and really gives you vibes like that of France, features embossed statues of women and children. In evening, the building lights up with LED and is a great treat to the eyes.
As its used for government purposes we can’t go inside but can enjoy only the exterior. Just outside the building there is a beautiful garden containing huge statue of Uncle Ho who had a great contribution in the independence of Vietnam 🇻🇳 therefore Ho Chi Minh is named after him.

P.S. : Do you know Ho Chi Minh is also known as ? Even there is a local beer by the same name, must try for you.

The Big Buddha Temple in was on one of my wishlist and like how monasteries are built, its also situated on a hilltop where we reached by just walking through the streets of Pattaya to get to know about their culture more.

I just didn’t recall that in these temples you can’t wear short dresses🙄 still nevermind the temple itself provide clothes to cover your legs and shoulders.

And i didn’t know before coming to this place that my 2nd place was visible from here, if you see the 2nd pic, its , where you can come from 56th floor to the ground through a zipline which was a great adventure and my first zipline experience.

I was not into blogging and travel videos that time but still i have really good pictures taken by my which keeps reminding me of such wonderful memories.

I just can’t forget my second last day in Vietnam last year when because of the pandemic my flight back to India was cancelled by .6e without informing me and on the spot i had to book another flight, about which i have told in my YouTube video and if i wouldn’t have made it possible that day, i would have been stuck there and i don’t know 🤷‍♀️ for how long.

But you know what , at times i do think 🤔 what if it would have happened and i was there, i just can‘t imagine how life would have treated me but i suppose it would have been a challenge and i know i would have really sorted it out like i always do.

Nevertheless i had really great time and wonderful memories and i really really want visit it again, given the chance, to explore all i was not able to because of the pandemic.

So that’s my set up for vlogging - most of you asks from me, that’s how i am while vlogging.

I have gimbal for stabilisation.
This is my general set up and a drone, though i wasn’t able to use that in vietnam 🇻🇳 because of restrictions.

What i believe is set up isn’t so important but the story is. Story is the heart and soul of every video and i am trying to get better at it with each video.

P.S - This pic is from the food market in Hoi An ancient town, which is very famous city in Vietnam to know about its history and culture.

And the next vlog of my series will be of the same city.

Many a times scrolling through the memories of my trips, one thought that always strikes my mind is that travelling is something which makes me feel free and happy, its when i am most alive and most happy and i just wish this one thing i want to feel remains in me forever.

P.S This pic is from my Meghalaya trip i took last year during this time and this place is Nartiang Monoliths.
If you want to see how actually this place looks like, do checkout the Shillong video from my YouTube channel from the link in my bio .

Have you ever been to Banzaan Market in Phuket??

It is one of the local market in Phuket, about which i got to know from google and like its one of my instinct to try local cuisine from local places because they are the most authentic to eat.

There was a huge fruit market here from where you can purchase local fruits and vegetables and at the entrance only there are very many stalls where you can try best local cuisine and first time in my life i tried sushi also there, that too of 7-8 varieties and i really loved all of it.

And the time is coming when i used to travel at this point every year but things have changed so abruptly that i don’t think i would be able to travel for long.

Few years back i went to kullu on holi in march and i stayed at which is a riverside hotel with great views of the mountains and the river, it also offers huge breakfast at least during my visit and one very important thing, just from the outside of the hotel you can take public transport if you want to visit kasol or manikaran from there, that is what i did which was really really reasonable for me instead of hiring a taxi. And i really enjoyed local transport of .

I would really recommend you to stay at this property if you are planning a day or 2 in kullu and are planning to spend your time at a peaceful place.

P.S. - its not sponsored and this is what i do if i really enjoy my stay, kind of free marketing.
