12th fail. लंबे समय बाद एक ऐसी फिल्म देखी, जिसे बनाने वाले को जितना साधुवाद दूँ कम है । घूसखोरों के खिलाफ लड़ाई लड़ते हुए एक गरीब परिवार काफी संघर्ष करता है, लेकिन सफल नहीं हो पाता और ना ही किसी की मदद के भरोसे रहता है । सभी की आस बेटे पर ही होती है की वह एक दिन ईमानदार अफसर बनकर बेईमानों को सबक सिखाएगा। लेकिन सफलता उसके भाग्य में इतनी जल्दी कहां होती है, हर कदम पर हार ही उसके सामने होती है, लेकिन वह फिर खड़ा होता है, फिर लड़ता है और आखिरकार सफल हो ही जाता है । यह विश्वास उसको भी नहीं होता है लेकिन उसके अपनो को जरूर होता है। बेईमानी करने वाले अफसरों सहित सभी उन परिवारों को भी यह फ़िल्म को देखनी चाहिए जो अपने बच्चे का भविष्य सरकारी सेवा में देख रहे है, सफलता मिलकर रहेगी बस जिंदगी को "रिस्टार्ट" मारते हुए यही कहना चाहिए "हार नहीं मानेंगे" -- Manu Rao
