Teams will be given an upcoming movie by mail when they get registered for which they will be required to plan a PR stunt/controversy to create the hype for the movie. Deliverables-
1) Storyboard/Script of the controversy
2) Explain your Target Group
3) Reach to your TG across channels (TV, Social Media etc.)
4) Projected timeline of the stunt/controversy
Round 2: (IIM Udaipur campus)
Shortlisted teams will be given a cult Bollywood movie that actually tanked at the box office when it was released. They will be required to prepare an IMC Plan for the same movie assuming it will be released in early 2017 and present it in the front of the judges. Deliverables-
• STP in the current scenario
• IMC plan
• Reach and logic behind it
Rules and Regulations:
• All B-school students can participate
• This is a team event. A team should comprise of exactly 3 members
• All 3 members should be of the same college. A student can be part of only one team.
• There is no restriction on number of teams from a single college
• There is no registration fee
• All the submissions will be a property of the event organizing team. The decision of the organizing team shall be final in case of any dispute.
