Today , I visited to Darashikoh garden Bijbehara, when I went to inside the bathroom , there was no water , and no mug to use water in order to clean hands etc. Also both the Latrine points ( Commode) were dirty.

Car hits divider in Bijbehara, 4 injured

Bijbehara, Jan 26 (KNO): At least four persons were injured in a road accident in South Kashmir’s Anantnag District on Sunday.

An official told the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that an Alto car bearing registration number (JK13G-9690) hit a divider
at Donipora Sangam in Bijbehara resulting in injuries to four persons travelling in the vehicle.

They were rushed to a hospital for treatment. The injured were identified as Rubeena, wife of Mudassir Ahmad Lone; Mudassir Ahmad Lone, son of Bashir Ahmed; Abdul Rashid, son of Abdul Gaffar Lone; and Shazia, daughter of Mohammad Zaman Lone all residents of Tanghar, Pulwama.

Meanwhile, Police have taken cognizance of the incident—(KNO)

5. Abroad I have seen students providing weekend home cleaning, catering, salesmanship & other services.
Kashmiri students too need to explore these avenues in order to meet their expenses. Some are already doing retail sales of shawls during vacations. Earn while you learn. Madarsa students too need to be moulded this way. Instead of using them for collection of donations, they should be made to work part time.

4. *Reduce hospitalization rates*: By providing timely and effective primary care, PHCs can prevent complications and reduce the need for hospitalization.

To strengthen PHCs in the J&K especially ib Kashmir Valley, it's essential to:

1. *Increase funding and resources*: Ensure adequate funding, infrastructure, and staffing to support PHC operations.
2. *Enhance healthcare workforce*: Provide training and capacity-building programs for healthcare professionals to improve service delivery.
3. *Implement technology-enabled solutions*: Leverage digital health technologies to improve access, quality, and efficiency of healthcare services.
4. *Foster community participation*: Encourage community involvement in PHC operations, health promotion, and disease prevention initiatives.

By prioritizing PHCs, we can ensure that all individuals, regardless of their geographical location or socioeconomic status, have access to quality healthcare services.
