Prof. Khurshid Iqbal Andrabi May Return as Vice Chancellor of Kashmir University.

Srinagar, 23rd Dec: — In a potential leadership transition at Kashmir University, discussions have emerged about the return of former Vice Chancellor Prof. Khurshid Iqbal Andrabi to lead the prestigious institution once again, potentially succeeding the current Vice Chancellor, Prof. Nilofer Khan.
