Love your sport, follow your dream: Taekwondo Association President Baramulla to Athletes
Adnan Bashir the President of the Taekwondo Association Baramulla and General Secretary Aadil Bahadur made a solid announcement on Tuesday to support the athletes of the district in following their dreams. They said that those who have failed to pursue their dreams due to financial issues need not worry anymore, as the association will now take care of them.
Addressing a press conference, Adnan and Adil stated that the association had recently held a program for the athletes, in which many were shortlisted for the national level, where they can represent Kashmir.

Man D*ies Of Electric Shock In Harwan Sopore

Sopore, June 09 : A 31-year-old man di*ed of electrocution after coming into contact with a live wire in Harwan Zaingeer area of Sopore on Saturday night.
An official told The Web Story/ The Varmul Post that a 31-year-old man identified as Ishfaq Ahmad Gojree, son of Gh Mohammad Gojree of Harwan Bomai, by profession auto driver received an electric shock at his home during night hours, however he was immediately taken to sub district hospital Sopore where doctors declared him brought de*ad on arrival.
A doctor at the hospital also confirmed this unfortunate news to The Web Story/The Varmul Post and stated that after completing the necessary legal formalities, the body has been handed over to the family for the last rites.
Meanwhile, police took cognizance of this incident.

Samajwadi Party's debutante candidate Iqra Hasan defeated BJP's Pradeep Chaudhary in western Uttar Pradesh's Kairana Lok Sabha seat by a margin of over 69,000 votes. Hasan secured 5,28,013 (48.9 per cent) votes compared to her nearest rival Chaudhary, who polled 4,58,897 (42.5 per cent) votes, according to Election Commission data.Bahujan Samaj Party candidate Sripal secured 76,200 (7.06 per cent) votes while among the 11 other candidates, including Independents, none could get more than 3,320 votes.
