Heat wave in Sgr, , MeT predicts rise in temp for next one week
No forecast of any activity till May 28: Weatherman
SRINAGAR: While no significant weather activity has been predicted till May 25, night temperature recorded an increase but settled below normal at most places in Jammu and Kashmir on Wednesday.
Srinagar : Amid forecast for mainly dry weather from May 14 onwards, night temperature recorded drop in Jammu and Kashmir on Tuesday.
A meteorological department official here told that while there is possibility of isolated light to very light rain and gusty winds of 20 to 30 kts at a few places today, mainly dry weather is expected from May 14-18.
MeT Forecast Rain On May 11-12, Farmers Asked To Suspend Farm Operation
Weatherman on Wednesday forecast light rain and snow over some higher reaches at many places in Jammu and Kashmir from May 11 and 12.
MeT Predicts Mainly Dry Weather By End Of This Week, Light Rains From May 6-7.

On all days, weather should remain dry for most of the period. On a couple of days, a short thundershower is possible.

Improved Weather in Kashmir: Dry, Clear Conditions Expected Until April 6th
“From March 21-22, generally cloudy weather with possibility of light rain/snow is expected at many places with thunder/lightning & gusty winds over plains of Kashmir & Jammu Division,” he said, adding, “On March 23, generally dry weather is expected while partly to generally cloudy weather with light rain/snow at few places is expected on March 24-25
The MeT office said there is a possibility of light to moderate rain or snow at widespread places during March 13, while light rain or snow at a few places on March 14. The weather is expected to remain generally dry during March 15 to 18.
