Airtel India i have been facing issues with the Airtel internet broadband service from yesterday evening. I raised the complaint through telephonic conversation with your customer care representative and she assured me that services will be resumed by 11.12pm, 2:12AM, 4:12AM, 8:12AM, 11:12AM, 2:12PM, 5:12PM, now 8:12PM in more than eight calls also provided me the service request number which is 10238755653.
The circle of contacting to Airtel customer care has been continued and repetitive since yesterday and everytime received a time with assurance about internet resumption.
I work from home and paid the bill for six months in advance therefore bound to use Airtel for few more months. I was not able to work today just because of your pathetic internet service and fake promises.
Sending you this email in hope of positive response towards the solution of my issue.

प्रकृति की शक्ति के आगे सब नतमस्तक हैं।
पिछली रात से ही भारी बारिश के कारण पूरे मंडी जिला में हर तरफ से तबाही की तस्वीरें नजर आ रही है कई सड़क मार्ग बंद है कई जगह बादल फटने की तस्वीरें जान माल के नुकसान की भी खबरें सामने आई हैं आगे भी बारिश का अलर्ट जारी है।
धर्मपुर विधानसभा क्षेत्र में भी भारी बारिश से नुकसान की खबरें आ रही हैं।
