At the 3rd Bhatinda Film Festival, White Roses was selected to be screened among other national and international films. As team MNFA sat and watched all of them, it gives us immense pleasure to write that White Roses was the only non-Punjabi language film that got through the eyes of the jury for screening. In a city, where predominantly every film that was played had certain analogous aspects, representing typical Punjabi culture, bright traditional hues, and of course, the language that is widely spoken across the state, there couldn't be a better feeling than White Roses with English as its language and a non-Punjabi grounding being played amongst 14 other beautiful films.
A big shout-out to Preety Sharma, our brilliant writer, and LG, our dedicated production head, who represented Team MNFA in the absence of our director, Eric Mann.🌈 Guess the best part? A thunderous applause from the audience during the middle of the screening. 🙌
