Net Vision is the only Local Hindi News Channel in Shillong. It is a privately owned channel.

The channel was launched on 19th March 2005 by Rajesh Shah who is the Producer of the channel. Initially the channel had a few crew members but later on it had as many members. The main aim of the News Channel was to provide news to the people who do not know Khasi or English. Launching a Hindi News Channel was a bold step by the producer Rajesh Shah. e into existence in Shillong on 19th March 2005. Since then we dicided to launch a web version of our News Broadcasts. It will be launched in the first week of November 2011 in English as well as in Hindi.
